Penny wakes team RWBY up
At the morning meeting
Clover gathers everyone while Jaune made himself a cuppa coffee and sits next to Marrow whose tail was waging hoping that he'll give him his coffee then Josh gave Marrow a spare coffee from five on a coffee tray
Jaune: i was wondering why there is five coffees.
Josh: the other four are for myself, Edelgard, Winter and Sienna.
He gives Sienna a cuppa behind
Sienna: (sleepy) thanks Josh.
A various of places
Nora and ren were walking along the wall of mantel protecting from grimm while Blake and Yang are helping Marrow with clearing out the mine
Marrow: hey have you two thought about spacing out?
The girls were annoyed about this
At the Academy
The Ace Ops are training with teams JNR and RWBY
Vine: have you thought about expanding your aura?
Jaune: not really but I'll keep that in mind.
Ironwood suggests about jogging Ozpin loose a bit
Then a shotgun shoot ringing in the sparing ring and everyone went to the source of it and finds both Josh and Edelgard sparring
After their match
Edelgard: you're better than me. I'm surprised a bit.
Josh: I've been training since my mum's camp.
Edelgard: how is she?
Josh: i don't want to talk about her at the moment, Edel.
Edelgard: ok, Josh.
Orsune: can i borrow Josh for a bit?
Edelgard: sure.
Orsune: thanks (to Josh) I think it's time for you to meet your aunt, Josh.
Josh: ok, father.
They left the Academy
Oscar: i wonder where they're going.
Ironwood: I think i know.
At an advanced hospital
Orsune and Josh were walking towards a secret room
Josh: what's with the security?
He doesn't say anything
Orsune: ID Josh.
both Josh and Orsune show their IDs to the guards and walk past them and arrive at a special room
Orsune: come.
Josh follows his father into the room and an elderly woman sitting up right in her bed
Orsune: afternoon, Fria.
Fira: good afternoon, Orsune.
Orsune: how are you?
Fria: i'm well. Is that Josh?
He gestured Josh to come over
Orsune: Josh. meet your aunt, Fira.
Josh: nice to meet you aunt.
Fira: I haven't seen you since you were a baby in your mother's arms. And after all these years I've never thought that you would be a fine young man. It's so lovely to see you again, dear.
Then Winter arrived and Josh left them
A little while afterwards
Orsune was sharing tea and cake with fira as Winter joined Josh.
Winter: she could pass any day now.
Josh: (looking sad) And I've just met her after so long...
Winter: do you have second thoughts about me being your new girlfriend?
Josh: (cheering up) no i don't Winter.
Winter: i'm happy.
She gives him a hug and he does the same then Orsune joins the pair
Orsune: can you leave us, Winter?
Winter: sure.
She leaves them
Orsune: I take it that you know about that she'll pass away any day?
Josh: yes, Winter told me.
Orsune: Ironwood might asked Winter to become the next winter maiden but I have someone else in mind.
Josh: who?
Orsune: Penny.
Josh: okay, why her?
He explains that she's the official protector of Mantel and who could be better then her
Orsune: Gylnn is in about her being the next maiden instead of Winter.
Josh: what about Edelgard and the others?
Orsune: they know about it.
Josh was surprised until Winter came back
Winter: you two gotta see this.
She shows a live boardcast from the Schnee Mansion
Orsune: just what is that idiot doing?
Josh: don't know.
Jacques gives a speech
Winter: I think that he has light the fire of chaos.
Josh: that isn't good.
Orsune: (contacts Edelgard) we need to prepare for an upcoming storm.
Edelgard: (over communication) I've already sent some of my troops down to Mantel.
Orsune: good work.
