Arms are suddenly the only thing I'm able to feel. I walked into the Matthews' apartment and suddenly it was like they hadn't seen me in weeks.

"Maya I've missed you so much," Cory cried into my ear.

"I've missed you too. It's so weird to not have you around nagging in my ear about stuff," I joked.

"Hey I nag because I love you."

It felt good to hear those words coming from someone's mouth.

Cory and Topanga eyes soon fell upon Lucas, causing him to shift nervously on his feet.

"You must be Lucas," Topanga extended her arm out, "I'm Riley's mom, Topanga."

"It's nice to meet you," Lucas shook her hand.

"This is my husband, Cory."

"It's nice to meet you," Cory stuck his hand out as well.

"And Lastly this is Auggie and his girlfriend Ava," Topanga smiled.

Lucas let out a little laugh, "It's nice to meet all you."

"Lucas are you planning on staying here with Maya?" Topanga asked.

I figured someone would think we were dating.

"No. I'm staying with my parents, they actually live in New York," Lucas continued, "My parents are friends with Farkle's that's how I know everyone."

"So your not dating?" Cory asked.

"Definitely not," I shook my head.

"Good your too young to date boys," Cory said.

I laughed, "You are aware that I'm twenty-two."

"I am," Cory nodded, "I give you permission to date again when your fifty."

I love staying at the Matthews house they always made me feel so welcome and at home. After Shawn was diagnosed with cancer they cleared out a room and let me stay with them. They've always had my best interest at heart.

There was a knock on the bedroom door, "Can I come in?"

It was Cory.

"It's open," I shouted.

Cory opened the door and walked over to the empty bed.

"Are you planning on seeing Shawn soon?" Cory asked.

"I was thinking about going tomorrow."

"If you don't want to go alone you can always ask me."

"I know, but I think I want to see him alone, just this one time."

"Yeah I understand."

Awww Maya and Cory have such a cute relationship in this chapter.

That Auggie and Ava relationship though. Do they have a ship name?
