Rhiya's House

Omniscient/Third Person POV
"Rhiyaaaa!!" Luna yelled, looking for her daughter. There was no way Rhiya could've told her that her phone broke, and Ja'Von was at work all night, on top of that he had a night shift. Luna was out doing god knows what, and came home once she realized Rhiya wasn't answering her phone.

Luna walked into Rhiya's room to find her passed out on the bed. She shook awake and Rhiya quickly turned over, falling off of the bed.

"Oww!"

"Why didn't you answer your phone?!"

"Huh?" She asked still half asleep.

"Why didn't you answer your damn phone?!"

"Oh... uh, it broke-"

"The fuck you mean it broke?! Where is it?!" Rhiya pointed to her nightstand and went back to sleep on the ground while her mom examined the phone. "That explains why Jayden called me." She sighed.

Rhiya quickly got up and sat on her bed. "He called you? What did he say?"

"Shit, I wasn't supposed to tell you... Uh, he has a surprise for you!"

"What is it..."

"Well if I told you it wouldn't be a surprise-"

"Mom just tell me. Please what is it? I hate surprises!"

"You love surprises! Just wait sweetie." She left the room and took Rhiya's phone with her.

Rhiya didn't know what the hell she could do. She doesn't have a phone and her parents were watching TV in the living room. She made the horrible decision to go to Kairi's house. She couldn't call him so she would just have to show up.

She took a shower and put on a grey hoodie that said "Bake n' Bacon" in pink and blue. Then some black tights and grey candy corn socks with black Puma slides.

"Mom? Can I go to Kairi's house?"

"Sure. Don't stay too long since you don't have a phone-"

"What happened to her phone?" Von asked half asleep on the couch.

"She cracked it. It won't turn on."

"Why didn't you tell me? I'll get you a new one later today Rhiya-"

"Wait, really?!" She smiled.

"Yeah, its no problem. Go hang out with Kairi and just call from his phone or something."

"Thank you so much!" Luna watched the whole scene play out in disbelief.

"What-"

"Luna, just let the girl go." Rhiya left the house before her mom could object you anything else.

The minute she walked off of her porch, she seen two boys walking the way she would be going. She was worried that it would seem like she was following them, but she went anyway.

When she was almost at Kairi's house, she noticed one of the boys had fell. They both started laughing and noticed her. They were pretty far away so she couldn't see their faces, but they looked familiar. The two boys ran into Kairi's house and she laughed, realizing it was probably him and Alejandro.
