Louisa's POV

"I will never know what power I have," Jared knelled on the ground with sweat dripping down his face. "Maybe they were wrong I am no supernatural." He said in dismay.

"Come on," I said in my most convincing tone. "They are never wrong, you just have to have the will to do it."

"How did you find yours?" Jared ask still feeling hopeless.

I can't remember, I am a full blooded supernatural, it did come easy to me. I thought. "Of course it was hard at first, to control what I have." I lied, partly. "Can you just at least try it some more? You could get lucky."

He stood up and faced the mannequin that I ask Xavier to enchant with magic deflecting supernatural powers, just like what we have in Elemental Galaxy. Jared positioned in front of the dummy ready to fight, he concentrated and with all his force he exerted his energy against the the target, but just like two hours ago nothing, nothing came out of him. I am already starting to think maybe the council of Elemental Galaxy just committed a mistake. He is no supernatural. But I don't have the heart to tell him that, somehow I believe in what he just said.

"Jared focus," I am convincing myself. "You can do it, I know you can."

"No," he approach the dummy and when he is about to kick it, wind circled around him, choking him. "Lou, he-"

I set the dummy on fire, stupid! Of course it will deflect it. Xavier came on time just before Jared turn purple, to remove the magic that is binding the mannequin. I hurriedly knelled beside Jared whose in serious condition of asphyxia. "Xavier!"

"I can handle this your majesty," Xavier dropped a liquid on Jared's mouth, and just like that his color returned to normal. "You should take some rest, boy." He bowed to me and went back to his tent.

Jared sat there for a while his back leaning against the tree, "I give up." He said. A moment later without another sound he got up, leaving me out in the woods, under the clear sky.

I wish I could have said something better when he ask how I discovered this ability of mine. Jasmine! Right I should seek her advice.I went back to the site, where a commotion is going on, the camp is on fire, a big huge fire.

"Help, help me," Kennedy who's a water element screams while she floods the ground. Poor girl has a trauma when it comes to fire, it is the reason why she lost her entire family. The others are gathering all the supplies that they could save, Xavier on the other hand is trying to carry Niall who's heavily sedated with the help of another injured wolf. Jared stands in shock at the center where our bonfire was. I wiped the fire out with water.

Jared run towards me amazed. "I did it!" He shouts. "Lou, I did it!" He lifted me off the ground.

"What?!" Kennedy screamed. "You almost killed us!" She is about to punch Jared in the face.

"Stop!" I ordered, they did. "Jared, what is to be proud of what you have done? There is a reason why test subjects are available." I turn to face Kennedy, "please tell everyone to start packing, we are moving." I went back to my conversation with Jared. "Because of what you have done, Morgan might find us." I put some sense in him. "The exact thing we are trying to avoid, it was such a huge fire! Jared."

"I thought you would be happy." He countered. "Finally after a month, I've finally found it, my ability."

"Maybe I should," I admitted, "but the mess that has been done is unforgivable at the moment. Start packing and we are moving before sunrise." I dismissed him. His right I should be happy but I should also remember the safety of my friends, though secretly I am happy. Now, I wouldn't worry that he could not defend himself from harm. "By dawn we will move camp." I announced.

"Your majesty," Xavier interrupt. "It's about Niall, I don't think his prepared to move." He moved towards me. "The wolfs bane is still in his system, by dawn it might reach his heart, and cause his life."

"We will stay," Francis spoke, covered with burns from the healing Xavier did to him. "He's my Beta I can't abandon him."

"No one will stay behind." I insisted. "All will leave this site as I commanded! It's too dangerous, the fire have already sent the signal of our whereabouts."

"Princess, I am not under your command." Francis cleared his throat. "As I have promised your father I will protect you, but my family will always come first." From the tone of his voice his decision is final.

When we are finally ready to find our next location. We bid our goodbyes to Xavier and the werewolves.

"Francis," I called his attention, he stalk towards me. "Thank you." I could no longer contain the sadness, they had sheltered us for a month. "In case, you make it out of here," I stared into his stern grey eyes. "Find us." I hugged him tightly, too tight that we winced. "I'm sorry," I let him loose and once again look into his eyes.

He knelt in front of me, "Princess," he too is sad. "We will survive this day." He assured me, showing a weak smile. "We will find you. I promise you that." He stood and went back to Xavier and Niall.
