I was sitting on the couch cuddling with Liam watching Americas Next Top Model, when my cell rang.

I carefully lean over to reach the coffee table without waking up Liam who is fast asleep against my chest.

"Hello?" I whisper.

"Hey Kens, it's Nell. You gotta pack your bags, we're going on a trip." She blurts out.

"Nell, I just had Liam a week ago! I can't go travelling with him yet! He's too young!"

"I won't hear it, Kensi Marie Deeks. We are going to Portland for the weekend, that's it! It's not even an hour plane ride. Besides, I've already booked the tickets and the hotel. You're coming. I'm picking you up in an hour, be ready."

I was about to reply when the phone line went dead. Nell bad actually hung up on me.

I carefully cradle Liam in arms, be careful to support his head. I begin to walk upstairs to start packing our things.

I place Liam in his crib so he can continue to sleep in peace. I walk over to the closet and start to pick out clothes that are suitable for the rain. I pack lightly, being careful to leave enough space for Liam's supplies.

I pack them all up in a small carry on luggage, and Liam's stuff went into his diaper bag.

By the time I finish, the doorbell rings.

I take Liam, who is now awake and bring downstairs along with the luggage. I strap Liam in his potable car seat and we're good to go.

I let Nell inside, and she help bring the stuff to the car.

"Eric's not coming?" I question as I open the right back side door to strap Liam in.

"Nope. Nell said there was going to be a lot of shopping. Unless it has to do with computers or comic books, count me out." He says.

I finish strapping up Liam and I crawl into the back of the other side of the car.

"To the airport we go!" Eric says as we pull away from my house.

"Security is a nightmare with an infant!" I exclaim as we begin to walk away from security. Liam is strapped to by chest on a baby sling, as I pull my luggage and carry the large duffel bag. I was forced to leave Liam's car seat in the back of Nell's car because Nell didn't want any checked baggage.

I thought that was weird, but it was a good thing I brought the baby sling.

"Here we are!" Nell says as she sits down at our gate number.

We plop ourselves down on the seats, and I take Liam off my chest and cradle him in my arms.

"He sure resembles his dad." Nell says with tears in her eyes.

"He absolutely does. Even though he's only a week old, his hair is getting blonder by the day." I say with a laugh.

"Attention all passengers in Gate 6, flight 1D24 from London Heathrow is scheduled to land at this gate. Please stand clear of the gate doors. Thank for your attention." The flight attendant says.

People begin to move as they see a plane pull up to the gate. The gate walkway starts to move to attach to the plane to enable the passengers to unload.

After about 10 minutes, people start to unload. There must have been about 600 people on that flight, the gate became a zoo.

After about another 20 minutes, the crowd has cleared, and no one is left to unload, or so I thought.

A man was walking along side the pilot, I gasped for air.

It was him.
