Part 24 - Changing Seasons

August 30th

Takuya and Miyuki were with Yukari, the young man was joining the girls on a trip to the Karaoke Bar in Paulownia Mall. "This is gonna be so much fun!" Miyuki cheered as the three were making their way through the mall. "You seem excited." Yukari commented with a smile on her face. "Of course!" Miyuki responded. "I just thought since the vacation ends soon it'd be nice if we all did something together."

"Just the three of us?" Takuya asked as he and the girls were going up the stairs towards the Karaoke place, Miyuki opened the door to that part of the mall to reveal Mitsuru and Akihiko standing there.

"Princess, wasn't expecting to see you here." Takuya said with a chuckle.

"It was Miyuki's idea." Mitsuru responded "Aigis is waiting for us in the room we booked." this information surprised Takuya "Aigis?" he asked.

"Yeah, of course!" Miyuki chimed in with a bright beaming smile.

"Is everyone here?" Takuya questioned to which Mitsuru shook her head "No" to.

"Not everyone." Mitsuru answered "Iori said he had something else to do today and Amada was still in bed so I decided to was best to let him sleep."
"And Fuuka?" Takuya asked. "With her friend, Moriyama." Mitsuru answered.

The teens all made their way to their reserved karaoke room, Aigis was sitting on one of the couches in the fairly large and well-furnished room. "There you all are." Aigis spoke as she got up and walked over to Takuya "Mitsuru said you all would be joining us."

Miyuki went over to the karaoke machine and began looking through the song list, meanwhile everyone else took seats on the various chairs and couches that adorned the room. Mitsuru made a point of sitting next to Takuya as did Aigis, leading to him having both girls on opposite sides of him, meanwhile Akihiko and Yukari took to the other couch.

"This thing has a lot of songs." Miyuki commented as she flipped through the set list. "Rewrite, Again, Distance, Burn My Dread, Soul Phrase, Plastic Love, Judgement, Zankoku Na Tenshi No Thesis....I don't even recognize some of these." she turned her attention away from the machine and looked at her friends. "This is a mall built on the same island as a school funded by the Kirijo group, I'm not shocked it's karaoke set list is packed." Yukari replied with a shrug, Miyuki turned her attention back to the setlist as she continued scrolling.

"What is the point of this establishment?" Aigis questioned with a tilt of her head.

"It's a place people go to relax and have fun." Takuya answered casually as he leaned back in his seat "

"Have fun..." Aigis said as if lost in thought "....Understood." suddenly music started playing in the room which clued everyone in that Miyuki had finally chosen a song.

"Sunao Ni I LOVE YOU!" The girl began to sing as lyrics began to appear on screen, Takuya couldn't help but smile at seeing his sister enjoy herself. "Todokeyou Kitto YOU LOVE ME!" she continued following along with the song.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the city, Junpei was once again outside the movie theater at the same spot where that girl in the white dress usually was. Once again she was there and once again she was drawing in her sketchbook.

"So, we meet again." Junpei said as he approached the girl trying to be smooth, she turned from her work to look at him. "That's because you keep coming back." she replied coldly. "I'm Junpei, I never properly introduced myself." he said before sticking his hand out for a shake "What's your name?" the girl, in response, simply closed her book and stood up ready to just leave.
