Chapter 27

Back to business as usual with little punctuated areas.

"Your taste in design is very exquisite. Like always." Jin states to JK as JK shows him around his penthouse. "Thanks, babe."  "What have you been up to?" Jin asks with a curious look on his face. "Pardon me?" JK answers seeing that Jin has changed his facial expression. "Busan? I don't remember you saying you were coming to Busan." "I had unfinished business to handle in Busan."   "Unfinished business?"   "A certain office building caught my attention; I purchased it and went there to secure my investment." JK answers Jin looking in his eyes. "You're so cute when you lie." Jin says as he rubs his thumb across JK's soft lips.

"Can I taste you Jungkook-ah?" Jin lightly bites JK's lips. JK moans and Jin stops and stares at him. "Just be careful, okay." Jin at the moment knows JK is up to something but doesn't know what exactly it is. "I promise." JK replies. Jin continues attacking JK's lips. Jin wants JK but he is still unsure of himself. JK senses the hesitation in Jin. "Whenever you are ready Jin. We don't have to do this now."   They are interrupted by JK's phone ringing. It is Tae.

"Tae." "Hey man, I've received a contract. You bought a whole office building. Are you relocating?"   "No. Just felt the need to buy. But what are you doing working, I gave you time off? You're a dad now, enjoy your family." "It's okay Rosé just put them to sleep. But seriously, what can we really do with a Medical Plaza? Don't you know that this plaza has been highly desired by a lot of organization, but none could get them to sell. How did you do it?" "When you're the fiancé of The Mr. Kim SeokJin, it come with perks." "Must be nice to have that as leverage. I will finish up the paperwork in securing your new investment." Tae tells JK. "Okay. Kiss my god-babies for me and please stop working."

The call ends and JK turns around and see that Jin has fallen asleep. He kisses him on his soft pink plush lips. JK gets up and showers and dresses. He and Erin leaves. "Where to." Erin asks JK. "The Doctor Organization." They arrive. "Mr. Jeon." The receptionist greets JK recognizing him. "I'm here to see Dr. Wooyoung." The receptionist makes a phone call. "Right this way Mr. Jeon." The receptionist gestures for JK to follow. "Dr. Wooyoung, Mr. Jeon." The receptionist leaves them. "Come in Mr. Jeon. How can I help you?" "I'm here to talk to you about Dr. Ken." "Okay, you have my attention, continue."    "As a representative of your organization, Dr. Ken has put your organization in a bad light by having engaged in some illegal behavior."    "Illegal? Elaborate." the doctor sits up straight in his chair.

"Yes. Revenge Porn and illegal recording of third party without consent. I choose not to present evidence in this form of setting, unless legally obligated so that I can protect the third party." JK doesn't mention the rest since he doesn't yet have the corresponding evidence to present. "These are disturbing allegations Mr. Jeon. But I'm sure you wouldn't come to see me if these allegations lacked truth and based on the last time we met, I've reason to believe you in concern to Dr. Ken. I will put in a request for oversight. Meanwhile you work out the third-party approval for release."    "Thank you Dr. Wooyoung"

JK leaves then phones Jin. Jin was awaken by his phone ringing and is surprised that he had fallen asleep. He looks around then looks at his phone. "Jwekay!" "Is that a new name for me?" "Only If you like it. When did you leave?"  "After I kissed your sexy lips. Did I ever tell you the line around your lip is the sexiest?"  "No. But I figured it was for you, the way you stare at them. Where are you?"  "On my way back to you."  "I'm waiting." JK arrives home and sees Jin preparing to leave. He is greeted by Jin who immediately pulls him close and starts kissing him. "Where are you going?"    "I have an urgent business dinner with Jasco Corporation. You are welcome to come. I can use your presence."  "Use?"  "I need you beside me." Jin starts kissing JK again. "How can I say no."

They arrive back at Jin's mansion in Seoul. They shower and dress for the dinner. JK wears a suit that compliments his frame. Jin wears a suit that compliments his facial features and broad shoulders. "I can't ever get enough of looking at you Mr. Jeon. How did I get so lucky?" Jin plants small pecks on JK neck as JK leans his head to the side. Giving in to the satisfaction of feeling Jin lips on his neck. JK knows that they need to go but doesn't want Jin to stop. "Shall we leave Mr. Kim?" JK says while trying to breathe normally. Jin smirks. "After you Mr. Jeon." Jin watches as JK walks in front of him as he admires JK body proportion.

They get in the car. Jin phones ring its Hoseok. The whole time he is on the phone with Hoseok, Jin stares at JK. They arrive at the restaurant and is greeted by Hoseok, who looks handsome in his suit. "The two of you look well together." Hoseok sends approving looks. "You look well yourself, Mr. Hoseok." "Thank you Mr. Jeon. The Jasco's are waiting."

They reach the table and everyone at the table exchange greetings. They order drinks and food then dives into the meat of the meeting. "Mr. Kim. I'm glad to see you brought Mr. Jeon. Mr. Jeon the talk of you buying the Medical Plaza is making its round. You must tell me your secret as to acquiring it." Mr. Jasco says with a smile. "To keep your secret is wisdom; To expect others to keep it, is folly" JK states in reply. "Mr. Jeon, I do believe that that's a William Samuel Johnson's quote and my favorite." Mr. Jasco clears his throat.

"Mr. Kim, I am glad that you agreed to this meeting and I didn't want to involve lawyers at this point because this should be amicable between old friends. Anyway, in getting to the reason behind this meeting, my wife and I called this meeting because Mr. Hoseok made it known to us that there have been two buyers for my old company, Jasco Incorporated, that makes your purchase of it invalid. Lawyers for your company and my lawyers are trying to get to the bottom of this." "And" Jin adds. "And there will be a temporary hold on the purchase until this is resolved. So, the investment we agreed upon is rendered invalid according to my lawyers. We are now having to retain the company and work independently of your firm of course, and any money owed to us due to loss revenue because of what happened is to be paid to us by Kim Conglomerate."  

"So, in a sense you are saying that because of this possible hostile buy-in, your company will gain by being owed compensation from us and I will lose revenue?" Now tell me, it seems this meeting was called for your benefit only, so how does this meeting benefits me?" Jin asks while being irritated, meanwhile JK, unnoticed, is looking over the paperwork. "It doesn't Mr. Kim. You see Jasco's lawyers believe that a breach was done on your part in failing to secure the investment in good faith regardless of an outside entity. Meaning that we should be the one compensated for any loss." Mr. Jasco smiles while trying to forcefully make his statement. "Our lawyers feel that Kim Conglomerate and Jasco, both were not privy to a hostile outside buyer which stead is illegal, therefore there is no breach and Jasco should be rewarded nothing." Hoseok interjects.

"Thank you Mr. Hoseok. My accountant, worked the numbers and is knowledgeable about the legality of a third-party hostile buy-in. He believes any revenues lost during the period of 6 months, when the allegedly breach of contract occurred, is mute as to any negligence on our part." Jin asserts. "Or Mr. Hoseok could be mistaken." Mr. Jasco adds. Jin hands a sheet of paper to Mr. Jasco and he and his wife read over it. They hand it back to Jin without any comment regarding it. Mr. Jasco turns and looks at JK. "Mr. Jeon, although this is no concern of yours, but business minded as you are, feel free to express your opinion." JK looks at Jin. "Please proceed Mr. Jeon." Jin gives JK permission to get involve. JK stands up so that he can present himself in a more authoritative state.

"Your lawyers are arguing in bad faith. Keeping the company independent will bring in less revenue therefore, making you pay their firm more to pretend they are looking out for your interest. If you look at line 6a of this contract it states that if any breach is found within a year of this contract, then the company who is present shall receive the revenue gained and is not subject to any revenue loss. As its clearly states in the preamble and recital of this contract that the present company is Kim Conglomerate. Now if I'm not mistaken it seems that Jasco Corporation gained more recognition and revenue when Mr. Kim name was associated with it. But for the interest of both companies, Mr. Hoseok numbers shows that if you withdraw your motion before the court then you will benefit along with Mr. Kim. And I am sure that the hostile buy-in, illegal as it is, is solvable. Your lawyers are incompetent, and I do believe you owe them a call Mr. and Mrs. Jasco. But if you want to continue on this route knowing this, I am sure Kim's conglomerate's lawyers would outweigh you legally and in pursuing a resolution."

Jin looks at JK while he talks. JK impresses him more and more. Jin stops admiring JK and look back at everyone. "Mr. Jeon has spoken. Are there any objections are further discussion?" Jin makes the declaration looking at the Jasco's. The Jasco's look at each other. "Very Well stated Mr. Jeon. We will inform our lawyers to withdraw the motion to proceed. I hope this didn't ruin the years of friendship we share?" "Mr. Jasco business is business, not personal." Jin states. "Mr. Hoseok, thank you for the call and bringing this to our attention. I apologize for questioning your judgment." Mr. Jasco bows. "No hard feelings Mr. Jasco, we're all looking out for our own interest, mine is Kim Conglomerate." Hoseok bows.  

Jin is rubbing JK's back. JK welcomes the touch from Jin. "Mrs. Jasco, is there anything you would like to add before we go?" Hoseok asks. "Mr. Hoseok, I hope to see you again. Mr. Kim and Mr. Jeon whenever you finalize the date for your wedding, please extend an invitation to Mr. Jasco and I." They shake hands and the Jasco's leaves.

"Well I shall go home. Jennie awaits." "Wow. Y'all staying together now." Jin says playfully. "No. She is having her home remodeled, so I get to keep her." "Tell her we said hello." JK adds. "Will do JK." They leave the restaurant and returns to Jin's mansion.

I hope you haven't gotten bored with the day to day routine.  I have tried to spice it up somewhat. Life has it monotonous moments, more to come then let's see what road Jin and JK take.  Thank you.
