It has been weeks since the well-known couple's 'fight'. [Name] isolated himself in his room, not bothering to talk to anyone unless it's about work. He became too serious and strict. Levi on the other hand, may not look like it but he was worried sick about his lover's sudden change in behaviour. He tried to talk to him multiple times but the [h/c] head would only ignore him and change the subject to work-related.
Today, the Scout Regiment was given a mission to search outside the walls for any nearby titans to kill. That's where Levi would come to [Name]'s office to inform the male about the mission. Levi stood before the familiar door as he stared down at the doorknob. He hesitantly swung the door open to see the [h/c] haired male doing his own paperwork. [Name] took a quick glance at him, expecting Levi would say something other than work. Levi raised his fist and rest it against his chest while the other arm went behind him, not losing his formal form. "What are you doing here, Levi?"
"The Scouts are going outside the walls in search of any nearby titans to kill. They requested you to follow them," The taller male between the two stopped writing and placed the pencil down. He stood up and stretched his body, then took his Scout Regiment cloak.
"Fine. I need some exercise after doing all this paperwork" Something inside Levi burnt in happiness. He was finally able to get together with his lover again. He relaxed himself a little and put down his physical greeting. The couple then walked to the meeting place side by side. Being able to be with [Name] once again made Levi crack a small smile.
The walk was rather awkward. It wasn't like before. [Name] would usually talk about something exciting while Levi would only just listen or tell him to shut up. But it's just different now. "[Name].. We need to talk,"
"I know you do. Let's talk later," Levi was saddened by him. He doesn't like this side of [Name] at all. Non-loving, caring or anything similar. There was no more affection from his beloved. Levi only kept quiet to not ruin the mood. Though the mood was already ruined. [Name] says that he'll talk about it later but Levi knows damn well he's lying.
