Rockyview General Hospital
Calgary, Canada

Iya grabs her iced coffee without even looking away from her computer screen. She quickly slurped her coffee before grabbing her pen, taking notes of the address that is displaying on the screen.

"Doc," A deep voice called when the door swung open.

"I'm not hungry," Iya muttered as she types on her keyboard.

"It's not that. You have a visitor," Her assistant said.

"And she's waiting for you at the lobby," He added.

"I don't have an appointment today," Iya says as she continuously taps on the keyboard.

"Just cancel it," She added.

"But she sa--" Jerry was cut off when Iya slammed her hands on the table, upset that she lost focus on composing an important e-mail.

"I'm seriously firing you this time," Iya said as she leans back against her swivel chair.

"She wants me to show you this," Jerry shrugged off the fright and ignored his boss's glare and managed to hand Iya a business card.

"She said that she's excited to see her Doktora Naddy Bernardo," Iya snaps her head up, snatching the business card from Jerry's hand. She thought that 'Doktora Naddy' sounded so familiar.

"Eljay?" Iya asked, getting a hint of who could it be.

Hospital Lobby

Elisse grabs a magazine from the coffee table, getting more impatient as seconds go by. She's sitting on a couch in the lobby while waiting for Iya. Several minutes later, she received a call from her boyfriend.

"Ano? Nakita mo na siya? How does she look like? Is she married?" Sunod sunod na tanong ni Matthew.

"Calm down, babe," Elisse said softly.

"I'm still at the lobby waiting for her," Sabi niya habang tumitingin sa paligid habang umaasa na mamataan si Iya.

"Do you think she'll see you? I heard that she's a big-time now. She's the busiest doctor,"

"No matter how busy she is, I know she'll meet me. I'm Eljay after all," She said with utmost confidence.

"Just promise me you'll be back before the wedding," Matthew said.

"Of course,"

"And bring Iya home,"

"I promise," Elisse said before ending the call.

She sighed as she inserts her phone back into her bag. She then roamed her eyes once again, hoping to see Iya and meet her again after five long years. Elisse is sort of nervous for the last time that she talked with her was five years ago. How does she look like and how will she act are everything that hammers into Elisse's ears. Should she hug her? Should she jump in joy? Elisse is anxious for she feels like she'll meet a whole new different person.

"Eljay?" A familiar voice cuts in and when she looked up, she saw a prettier, more flawless, and a different version of Iya Nadine that she didn't know five years ago.

"Let's have lunch?" Iya asked cheerfully.
