Chapter 4

['Her']

C A L A -

We both entered my car since this idiot beside me just walked all the way here. “Where do you want to eat?” I ask him he's still not opening his mouth since earlier after we walk out of the shop. “Let us just have take outs and eat it back at the coffee shop.” I look at him weirdly. “Oh and let us also buy them some lunch.” he added so I completely stopped the car at the side.

“Did you hit your head or are you sick?” I frantically ask him as I brought my palm on his forehead to check his temperature. He smack my hand away “Tell me you found 'her' already aren't you?” he ask while smiling at me anticipating for my answer so I just nodded my head. I started the engine and again drive.

We bought some take out foods as I started to drive back to the coffee shop. I parked my car let Travis go inside the shop first. After parking my car I took the drinks with me and went inside the shop. I can see how perplexed both Elle and 'her' I internally face palmed as I forgot to ask her name earlier how dumb of me.

I saw Travis put the paper bags down at the counter as he sat down at one of the stools. I sat beside him not minding the two woman in front of us  still both confused. “Let's eat.” I said soflty while looking at the both of them. “Us?” Elle ask as she pointed at both at herself and to 'her'. I nodded my head to Elle and gestured the both of them to also take a seat beside us.

Elle sat down beside Travis as I look at 'her' as she sigh making my brows creased at the way she sighed. I closed my eyes and shrugged my thoughts off. She sat down beside me as I handed her some food. I decided to stand up and sat at the corner of the shop taking my phone out from my pants pocket.

S I E N N A -

Cala stood up from her seat and went to the corner of the shop while taking her phone out of her pants pocket. I watch her intently as I sigh again. “You sighed again. What's the matter? If you don't mind me asking.” I heard Travis speak up so I face him while glancing at Cala. “I'm just not in the mood.” I answered him not wanting to tell him the truth. I know they are just friends but I don't know why I feel so annoyed when they are beside each other talking and smiling at each other.

Cala came back and sat down beside me no even glancing at me. I noticed Travis held Cala's hand which I ignored. I eat my food silently not wanting to talk to anyone as of now. After eating I took the trash and throw it and cleaned the counter up.

It's been a year now but I'm still looking for my ring that I threw because of anger. I tried finding it but I failed to look for it and I never tried on finding it again since it's not important anymore. I have moved on and I don't want to make the same mistakes again by loving the wrong person at the right time.

“Penny for your thoughts?” I heard Cala asked who was beside me. We were seated at the far back of the shop while Elle was entertaining Travis. It's surprising that there is no customer here since this morning and now it's afternoon already but still no customers.

I turned to face her smiling a bit. “It's nothing.” I answered as I fiddle with my fingers. I noticed her standing up from her seat so I look up to see her also looking at me intently. I was so drawn to her alluring eyes but I was snap back from reality when she called Travis up.

I saw Travis walking towards our direction. “If you still want to stay here then stay. I still need to go back to the head office to settle some papers.” after she said that she walk out of the place not even giving me glance. I felt somewhat disappointed that she didn't even acknowledge my presence before leaving, she didn't even said goodbye to me.
