[Uncomfortable]

"Are you okay you?It seems to be that you are uncomfortable with me." I mumbled under my breath. I don't even know if she heard it. I know for a fact that she knows about my feelings considering how nosy Travis can be. "Yes I'm okay." she replied defensively which I just shrugged it off.

After eating we were silently sitting with each other comfortably right now but I had to go now so I can inform Mr. Remora about my teams decision regarding to the proposal. "I have to go. You can go back to work and I'll clean this up before I leave. Can I fetch you later and drop you off to your apartment?" I ask nervously. "Okay." she is literally avoiding me or not or she's just giving me some cold shoulders right now. The fuck I don't even know which one is right.

I decided to clean up before exiting the back door. I walk silently towards my car and entered afterwards. I drive back to the company so I can settle everything today since I still need to organize my things tomorrow and also I need to give my dad a call to get some help find a few medium type houses there in Singapore.

I park my car and went out of it. I entered the elevator and went up I already told Lara to make an appointment with Mr. Remora as soon as possible. I arrived at the top floor. Mr. Remora's secretary greeted me before guiding me to his office.

"Ms. Suarez so what do you say? Don't worry I'll give further details about this if you and your team will agree." Mr. Remora said smiling at me. "We'll be going so now can we discuss about it?" I ask him while taking a seat. "As you can see Ms. Suarez the company has given all of you a place to stay of course separately. After a month of your stay there Hillson Enterprises will be the one in charge for your salaries and such. I know you have already read what's on the contract. It's a win-win for you and your team so there is nothing to worry about."

"There are some in my team that already have a family so I'll take in charge with them but the ones without it can stay at the said place that you said. My family is in Singapore so I would like to help my co-workers. I don't want them to be away from their families." Mr. Remora nodded at what I just said. "I'll give you the money for that but be sure that the place where they are going to stay is not that far from your going to be new workplace."

Phone

I sat down at my swivel chair, phone on my ear. "Dad I'll just email you the address and I need some few samples so I can show it to them."

"Your mom and brother will be happy to know that you're going here earlier than she thought." My father laugh as I laugh along with him. "I'll hang up the phone now. Tell Lark to behave or he won't get anything from me." dad laugh at the mention of my brother.

I ended the call and started to organize my things before leaving the office. I still need to fetch Sienna up and might as well tell her the situation right now to not cause conflicts on the succeeding day.

I parked my car in front and I noticed that the shop is closed this early it's not even 6 in the evening and even the curtains are down that I can't see if the lights inside were off or on. I started to dial Sienna's number to ask her where she is right now but she's not picking up her phone and for the nth time she still didn't pick her phone up.I was getting nervous what if something might have happened to her and I was not there. I went to the backdoor to check if it's open or not as I was about to twist the doorknob someone pushed it open almost hitting my face and there I saw Travis running out of the place with his face full of icings.

I stared at him blankly with my squinted eyebrows. "Cala finally you're here. It's Peter's birthday I didn't even know that it's his birthday not until Sienna came out suddenly holding a cake for him. We closed the shop for privacy purposes of course." I went inside still showing any emotions. I'm pissed but at the same worried for Sienna and to myself that I might go berserk.

"Cala glad that you're here." Sienna exclaimed. "Yeah." I replied coldly. I was worried that something might have happened to her but here they are having fun and the fact that Travis didn't even texted me that he was here also having fun while I am there outside wondering where the fuck they are.

I am very upset right now. I saw Peter eating so I walk near him to greet him. "Hey Peter Happy Birthday." I greeted him softly as I sat down beside him. "Though I don't have a gift right now so you can tell me anything you want but of course as long as I can grant it." I told him smiling a bit. He's been a great help to this shop and might as well give him something that he wants. "Oh no I can't." he immediately refused. I soften my gaze at him. I think he's the same age as my brother. "Look I insist and besides it's your birthday." I encourage him.

"Are you sure?" he asks as I nodded my head to him. He put his fingers below his chin thinking. "Then if you really insist can I have a PS4. I've been wanting to buy one since then and that's why I'm working here to earn some money for that." he explained shyly as I pat her shoulder. "Hey it's okay your present will be here tomorrow I promise." I honestly said to him opening my arms and he hugged me tightly.
