Chapter 12

[Love advice]

C A L A -

I took my wallet together with my phone before going out of my office. I'm going to ask Sienna out for lunch to make it up to her though. I entered my car as I start the engine. My hands maneuver the steering wheel to the right.

I park my car in front of the shop. I noticed that there is a lot of customer right now. I went out of the car and walk near the entrance before pushing the door open. Elle look at me and gave me a small smile before pointing me Sienna's direction. I walk through the shop noticing the smiles on the customer as they drink their coffee and tea.

The backroom was closed. I was about to twist the doorknob when it suddenly opened. I saw her carrying some boxes. I look around to see if their male worker was here bud to my dismay it's only the two of them again and without any second thoughts I grab the boxes out from her hand. She was about to say something to me but then closed her mouth. I let her lead the way so that I can put this heavy shit down.

I put the boxes down the floor inside the counter before sitting at one of the stools. I let her do her thing first since I don't want to interrupt her while she's working. “Be patient with her. She's just doubting everyone that walks into her life since Astrid cheated on her.” Elle whispered to me while glancing at Sienna's direction subtly. I frowned at what she said and to the name that she mentioned. “Who's Astrid?” I asked, curiosity is taking over me. “Astrid is Sienna's ex, they lasted for like what four years I think.” she said still looking at Sienna carefully like she's telling me Sienna's deepest secret. I laughed internally at the thought.

“I know you like her. I can see it from the way you look at her.” I smiled at what she said. “I don't like her.” I straightforwardly said while shrugging my shoulders. Elle look at me with a scowl on her face and that's where I laugh my ass off. “I love her. I've love her since the day that I met her though I might actually remember the face of that Astrid because at that time they were together.” I told her truthfully. “You gave me a freaking heart stopping event in my life. I literally thought that you don't like her even a single strand of her hair.”

“Chill cause you might experience another heart stopping event in your life one of this days.” I whispered but enough for her to hear.  The door of the opened and there I saw Travis walking towards our direction while his eyes are fixed at Elle. “Can I borrow my dear friend first?” he asked Elle as I look at him baffled. He grabbed me by my wrist pulling me outside of the shop.

“Are you okay? You are sweating a lot like A LOT.” I said to him emphasizing the word ’A LOT'. “Is it too soon if I ask Elle to be my girlfriend?” he ask me nervously and I laugh at his face that was sweating really hard. “Here I thought you two were already dating but here you are asking me that question.” I jokingly saud as he glared at me. “I am not kidding so just fucking answer my question.”

“If you love her and you are rest assured that she loves you also then why not. Ask her to be your girlfriend and court her every single day to show her how serious you are cause I know you don't court ladies before asking them to be your girlfriend so if your going to ask her to be your girlfriend first better to court her every single day. If you messed up I'm gonna beat the shit out of you.” I said with a little threatening. “Look love is all about on how you feel okay? so go for it.” I pat his shoulder to comfort him.

“Thank you.” he mumbled before pulling me in for a hug. We both entered the shop with a smile on our faces. Sienna was at the counter taking care of the customers that are paying. I sat down again at one of the stools while Travis was beside me.

Soon after both Travis and Elle made their way out of the shop that leaves me and Sienna. There are still customers so I didn't hesitate to go inside of the counter and ask her for a spare apron to held her up. She keeps on insisting that Peter is on his way here so I told her to just let me until Peter comes.

I was talking to some customers asking and communicating with them since it would be a good impact to the shop if you are sociable. A lot of customers were satisfied with their orders. I took my phone out from my pocket to dial some food delivery services since I know I can't take Sienna out for lunch today then why not just bring the lunch here. After making some calls to some of my favorite restaurants I went inside of the counter to see Sienna watching the customers happily drink their coffee.

I then remembered Travis' words earlier and maybe now is not the time for that maybe I'll tell her tomorrow since I need to finalize sit to Mr. Remora later. I look outside only to spot the delivery man getting off the motorbike together with the food. I excused myself to Sienna first to get it.

After paying for what I have ordered I walk back, entering the back door. I put the food down on the table inside the backroom. The door suddenly opened startling the shit out of me. I saw Peter going inside with his things.  “I'm sorry.” he apologized to me which I just nodded at him. “Peter can you tell Sienna to go here when Elle come back.” he nodded before going out.

I sat down on the small couch inside here while patiently waiting for Sienna to come and join me eat. I took my phone out to text Travis to come back as soon as possible. I heard someone talking from the outside though I really don't understand what they are talking about I twist the doorknob to open the door and there I saw Elle and Sienna talking to each other while Sienna was like blushing from irritation or I don't know.
