Be*crash* i throw my alarm clock to the wall across the room."Beatrice wake up it's the first day of school. You are gonna be late!" My brother, Caleb shouted while pouring a bucket of ice cold water onto me."CALEB! WHAT THE HELL AND IT'S TRIS!" I shouted back."WHATS GOING ON UP THERE! BEATRICE AND CALEB YOU GUYS SHOULD NOT BE PRANKING EACH OTHER AGAIN OR YOU KNOW WHATS COMING!" My abusive father, andrew shouts from downstairs. Upon hearing this, caleb and i stiffen.

Our so called 'father' always beats us with his belt. He is always the man of 'kindness' out there but a total devil at home. No one knows what he does to us and he wouldn't allow anyone to know.

I get up and wince as my back is still pain from yesterday's beatings. Caleb looks at me with worry and helps me to the bathroom although he is also beaten. He has always been there for me. He is the best brother anyone could have.

After a cold shower as a warm one would burn my back,  i wrap a towel around my body and walk to my walk in closet. Ya i know we are rich but living in a abusive condition weird. I put on a black croptop with a golden" bo$$" on it and a long pair of black jeans. The scars are on top so no one will be able to see it unless they hit my back and it starts bleeding. I put on a black jordans and take my black bag and head downstairs.

I take a snack bar , grab my car keys and head to my purple ferrari and finally head off to school while eating my snack bar on my way. Caleb's car is already at his parking lot so I  know that he is already in school. Being the most popular girl is school, i have my own parking lot and Caleb have his own parking lot too. After i park my car, i move on to find my friends.

"TRIS TRIS TRIS! I haven't seen you all summer!" Christina, my best friend shouted while giving my a bone crushing hug."Chris- can't- breathe" i say. "Ohh sorry" chris said releasing me. "Hi tris!" My friends, marlene ,uriah, zeke, shaunna, will and peter say in unison. "Hi guys!" I replied. "Lemme go and get my schedule first" i said. "Okie we've already took ours." They replied. "Geez thanks for waiting" i said.
