Waited for so long....(1/3)

The day after

Colleen POV

My eyes opened slowly and I saw Josh lying next to me so peacefully sleeping. I crawled out of the bed slowly and made my way to the bathroom. I closed the door behind me and started to brush my teeth. I started thinking about last night. God he loves me I thought to myself. I loved being with him fully. It was so worth waiting for so long. I then rinsed my mouth out and went into my cosmetic bag and reached for my birth control pills. I had started taking them 3 months before the wedding as we didn't want to get pregnant right away. I clicked over to the next day and placed the pill into my hand just as Josh opened the door and walked in. He had an amazing smile on his face and wrapped his arms around my waist. He was still naked and I joked by saying "scandulous" and we both laughed. I took the pill quickly which was still in my hand and Joshs face changed. "whats wrong babe?" I said as I turned to him. " I don't like you taking those pills, they are fake hormones and they scare me." he says. "Well we talked about this and they will solve two problems for me. One so I don't get pregnant and two, so my cramps are lessened." He nods and hugs me. I then started the shower and hopped in. Josh soon followed me and it was a new experience again. I love this man.

Joshs POV

I walked into the room while she was taking her pill. I wasn't a fan of them not because I wanted kids yesterday but because I didn't want them to hurt her in anyway. I understood however that we both wanted time alone together first before kids. We talked for a bit and hopped in the shower together. I pressed her against the shower wall as water cascaded down us. Her hands ran down my back and held me tight against her. I picked her up and she wrapped her legs around me. "Josh I love you soo much" she says as she kisses my neck. "I love you too baby. I love making love to you". It was as magical as the night before. It was the longest and best shower of our lives. I loved having her in my arms and I didn't have to hold back. We wrapped ourselves up in towels and then used the bathrobes provided to us by the hotel. As Colleens did her hair and makeup, I decided that we should maybe order something to eat. I called down to room service and ordered and then started getting dressed myself. I then went to the patio doors of the balcony overlooking the ocean and opened the curtains. I slid the door open and walked outside. I leaned against the railing and looked down to the ceremony/reception area that was being cleaned up by hotel staff. It was such an amazing night I thought to myself just as I felt hands slide around my waist and to my chest. "Whatcha thinking about Mr. Evans?" I hear Colleen say. "oh just how wonderfully happy I am that we are now married" and I smiled as I looked back at her. Just then the doorbell rang to the suite. I went to the door and let room service push in the cart full of food that I ordered. Colleen was ecstatic. I guess she was as hungry as I was. We took our food and sat on the balcony to eat while overlooking the beautiful view. "Babe when does our flight leave tonight for Hawaii?"  I asked. "7pm . So I figure we need to be there by 5pm at the latest but I thought we could go by 4pm and have some dinner before hopping on the plane?" Colleen replies. "Sounds like a great plan. I can't wait for our honeymoon to begin in Hawaii. I get you all to myself for 7 days" I said.
