Surprise

Josh POV

We go home and Colleen is wondering what I needed to ask the doctor about privately. I tell her its a surprise. Colleen jumps into a onesie that still fits her and plops herself on the couch. "Babe what about going to see my parents next month in April because I don't think you can fly in the last trimester?" I ask. She says yes that would be great. Then she says "Is that what you were asking the doctor about?" I nod half telling the truth. I jump onto my computer and secretly book our trip to Hawaii to the same resort we stayed in for our honeymoon. I also text my parents and say we are coming the week after Hawaii for our final trip before Colleen can no longer fly. My mom quickly writes me back and says that she and my sister are going to host a surprise baby shower for her so to bring extra luggage. I smile. My momma is the best. I only have one more month to wait.

Colleens POV

The next few weeks fly by. I am getting huge and enjoying doing nothing for a change for weeks on end. I am now almost 27 weeks and Josh and I are packing for Georgia. Rachel drives us to the airport and kisses us good bye. We go to check our bags in and walk to the gate. I am so slow as I waddle down the corridor to the gate Josh just looks at me and smiles and says "I love you babe. You look beautiful". I look at the gate we are going to and its Maui. "Josh we are at gate 22 we need to go over there" I say. "Babe look at your boarding pass" he says. I never looked at. It says Maui!!! I look at him and he smiles. "Are you serious? I didnt pack any Hawaii clothes" I say. "I did and packed your bathing suits too. I may have also bought you a few new things to relax in" he says. I grab his neck and pull him to my lips. "Joshua if I wasn't pregnant right now or in an airport I would jump on you right now" I say. "Maybe later???" he says laughing.

Josh POV

We land in Hawaii and the weather is perfect. Not too hot but nice enough to be outside. We are walking outside on the beach. Colleen has put a bikini on and she looks adorable with her belly. We make our way back to the hotel after a little bit and eat dinner and relax on the balcony. I can finally see Colleen relax. She comes and sits on my lap and straddles me. "MMMM" I say as my hands go up the back of her shirt, "you drive me crazy Mrs Evans" as I kiss her hard. We stay like that until I can't take it anymore and have to bring her into the room. I lay her down on the bed. She is stunning. She lifts up her leg and says jokingly "do you like my cankles?" [swollen ankles] and then starts laughing. "I like everything" I say. I take off my shirt and shorts and pull everything off of her. I can tell she needs me just as much as I need her. I crawl beside her and start kissing her. She sits on me straddling me. "Colleen you are so amazing babe" I say to her and kiss her lips. We both enjoy each other completely. She is so out of breath and says "That was unlike anything before". I turn to her and say "your hormones are so high babe....a light wind will turn you on" and with that I start laughing.I grasp her and pull her down to me and hug her. She is the best thing that has ever happened to me.
