Third POV
Pan left Win with a better perspective of what happened and a headache. She is now contemplating on how to get Team's parents and even Prem to agree to Win's request.
The next day was her turn to look after Team at the hospital and she had made up her mind to tell Team Win's side of the story.

"Hi babe, how are you feeling..."Pan still using her endearment that she got used to for Team.
"I'm feeling much better now, I've been asking the doctor to let me go home but Prem was always exaggerating and wouldn't let me....sometimes I'm thinking that he'd taken the wrong faculty, he should have taken medicine, aishhh....he thinks he knows better than the doctors here Aissshhh." Team complained.
"It's good thing he went home, I'm soooo stressed out with his nagging" Pan giggled at Team's complains.
"Have they given you your medicine yet?" Pan asked.
"Yeah a few minutes before you came ...why?" Team noticed that Pan was a bit anxious, he doesn't know why.
"Uhmmm...Team," she started.
"I have something to tell you but I want you to be calm about it....ok?" Pan trying to prepare Team of what she was about to say.
"Hmmmm" Team hummed his response..
"Should I be nervous" Team chuckled.
"No...I just want you to have a clear mind ..ok" Pan urged Team.
"It's about Win" Pan started..
Team's breath hitched and Pan held his hands and rubbed the back of his hand softly.
"Are you ok with it? Shall I continue?"
Team just nodded.
Pan started telling him the whole story up to the point that Win requested to talk to his parents first, if he was not yet ready to see Win. Team just bowed his head the whole time apart from the look of bewilderment or confussion from time to time.
"So......what do you think, can you give him a chance to meet you?" at this point Pan noticed Team that he was clutching his chest, and sobbing silently.
"Oh...my... Team...I'm sorry...are you....?" Pan panicked.
"I..I...I'm ok...I can take it...I just need a moment." Team tried to control his breathing until he can calm down. But his sob becomes louder and Pan hugged him tight rubbing his back slowly to calm him down.
"It was my fault...[sniff]..if ...if...only I waited for Win to confess on that day..and if I didn't get so excited when I saw...what's his name again? Bohn?"
"Boun" Pan corrected.
"Yeah...Boun... I thought...I thought...Oh God.... I was so stupid...we could have started a long time ago...[sniff ] he could have been my boyfriend a long time ago...I could've felt his love a long time ago...[sob] he should've not suffered..."Team sobbed and almost whisphered his last words.
"It was all my fault Pan, he should have not....be in pain like that......[sob]"
"I...I..want to see him, I want to apologize...please Pan call him....please...." Team pleaded.
"But you have to calm down, I think you should meet when you are all better , when you are out of the hospital." Pan suggested still hugging Team.
"Nooo..I need to talk to him now...please while no one is here to stop us...please...[sob].. "
"Ok...ok but you have to calm down first..."
Pan called Win.
"Hey...Win...please come to the hospital, he is ready...."
[Really?...Oh thank you, thank you, thank you] Win was crying.

Win cannot contain his happiness as he showered and choose the clothes his going to wear to see Team, he wanted to look good to mask his pitiful appearance. It didn't take long for him to reach the hospital even though he stopped by a market along the way to buy fruits and flowers for his beloved.
Knock....
Knock...
Knock...
"Come in" said a girl's voice from the inside of the room, Pan.
He breathe in deep and twist the door knob open. Win went in and stood still at the foot of the bed looking at Team who is now sleeping with wet trails of tears on his cheek that glisten under the flourescent light. He wanted so much to run to his side and wipe the wet trails on the other's face, but he couldn't, he was in awe...finally after a very long time...after everything that happened, he is here a few feet away from the person he had loved so much.
His body was shaking his shoulder slumped down and his head bowed down with his free hand covering his eyes with tears streaming down uncontrolably. Pan ran to his side to support him before he slowly slumped down on the floor, his wobbly knees can't be controlled, he was still holding the fruits and the flowers he brought.
Pan rubbed circles on his back to comfort him. They stayed like that for quite awhile until Win calmed down and Pan helped him to get up and sit on the chair besides Team's bed. He gave the flowers and fruits to Pan that the latter placed in a vase and the fruits on the side table.
Win silently sit beside Team's bed, his hand just an inch away from Team's, he wanted to hold it but he was afraid that the younger might wake up startled.
After awhile Team stirred from his sleep and slowly straightened his body and brushed his hand to someone's hand, he thought it was Pan's, while his eyes was still closed he grasped the hand by his bedside. His brows furrowed feeling the difference. He slowly opened his eyes and got startled when he saw Win looking at him with puffy eyes.
"Win....oh Win..." Team jerked up from his bed and cupped Win's face in his hands. Win was just starring stunned with the younger's action, he did not realized that tears are streaming down his face. He came back from his state when Team wiped the tears from his eyes with his thumb. Win did not waste any chance and hugged Team tight while he cried.
The reunion of the two people inlove that would have been lost was an emotinal sight for Pan, she too was crying silently.
They had not spoken anyword to each other. They were just there in the moment where nothing else matters just the beating of their hearts and the warmth of their bodies in their embrace.
