CHAPTER 3-Revelations

(Ophelia's POV)
After we ate, all houses were led to their common rooms by the prefects

The Gryffindor and Ravenclaw houses went upstairs, Hufflepuff went down to the basement and we had to go downstairs to the dungeons, where the Slytherin Common Room was located

We get to the common room and we all look around in awe at the big room covered in greens, blacks, and silver. The green light reflecting onto the leather couches. Different detailed designs carved onto each wall. Out the window the dark, mysterious creatures swim around the foggy green water. The whole room is aesthetically pleasing.

"This is depressing" Blaise blurted out as he looked around the room

"What are you talking about, its beautiful" I laugh as I'm still looking around the room

"Yeah, I could get used to this" Draco adds as he comfortably sits on the couch

"We should probably head to bed, we have our first day tomorrow" Pansy suggests

"Oh yeah you're right" Blaise says

"We can all meet back here in the morning" Draco suggests

"Yeah, definitely" I agree

I wake up eager to finally start classes for once. I look to my right and see Pansy's bed empty.

"Finally you're awake" a muffled voice behind me says

I turn around and Pansys peaking her head out of the bathroom door, fully dressed and has a mouth-full of toothpaste

"Come on, the boys are waiting for us" she continues to brush her teeth

"I'm coming, I'm coming" I groan, rubbing my eyes, slowly getting out of bed

When we finally finish getting ready Pansy and I go downstairs and hear the boys whispering suspiciously

I put my arm out to stop Pansy

"What?" Pansy whispers

"Shh" I reply, quietly backing up and listening to what the boys are talking about

"Blaise, you know I'm not going to tell her" Draco says

"What's so hard about saying 'Ophelia, I'm in love with you'" Blaise exclaims, our eyes widen

"Shut it, besides it's not like I'm in love with her, also we met yesterday" Draco responds
"I just said she was pretty" Draco adds

"Ok..ship" Pansy whispers

I slightly blush but quickly elbow her on the arm

"OW" she exclaims, drawing the attention of the boys sitting on the couch

Pansy quickly covers her mouth

"Come on, let's just pretend we didn't hear them" I whisper to Pansy

"Okay" Pansy nods and we start to make our way downstairs

"That's the second time I've tripped on those stairs" Pansy says louder

"I wouldn't be surprised if I break a bone by the end of the year"she adds

I laugh and looked towards the direction of the two boys staring at us

"Oh hey guys" I say acting surprised

"How long were you guys there for?" Draco asks frightened

"Oh us? We barely came down" I lie

"Oh..okay" Draco hesitantly says as him and Blaise stand up from the couch

We all talk and laugh while heading down to breakfast

Pansy and I just pretended we didn't hear them talking earlier

"I don't feel so good" Blaise groans as he rubs his stomach

"Maybe that's because you ate 7 whole sausages" I chuckle

"I'm going for 10, but I feel like I'm gonna explode" Blaise responds as he reaches for another sausage from the table

"Merlin's Beard Blaise, do you ever stop eating" Draco asks as he drinks his juice next to me

Blaise doesn't respond and tries to finish the last of his sausage

"Come on, it's almost 8:30" Pansy sighs as she gathers her things and gets up

"Yeah, we'll just leave you and your sausages" I joke as Draco and I get up and follow Pansy
