With all his work caught up on, Yoongi decides to spend the day cleaning. He's already let his apartment go to hell; there's takeout containers everywhere, mounds of paper spilling from the trash can. His laundry is way overdue (and he made a mental note to do invest in a washing machine if possible) He didn't know where he'd put it - his bathroom had no space, and he might have to sacrifice a shelf or too if he put it in the spare room. He didn't want to put it in his room though, that would just be weird, but he was tired of having to go across the street to the laundromat in order to have clean clothes. Especially in the winter. Maybe that's why he's let it get this bad. Yoongi missed having his mother do his laundry for him. It sounded childish, and a little immature of him, but who was he to complain when his mom still folded everything for him?

He decided to bail on the laundry today though, and save it for the following day. He was putting a great deal of trust in the weather man. The snow was supposed to finally stop, and he was calling for sunshine. Yoongi really hoped it would be warm enough to brave the laundromat.

He focuses on doing the dishes instead, and cleaning up his small kitchen area. He wiped down the counters, and placed a dishrag out on the counter top so he could place his dishes on to dry. He discards any old food from his fridge, and makes a grocery list of what he does need. He tidied up the living area, and removed the trash. He was quite proud of himself as he stumbled back into the warmth of his apartment. He didn't slip once on the ice. He vacuumed, swept, and then disappeared into his bathroom to clean in there too. He picked up dirty towels or clothing and threw them into the hamper as he went. He doesn't bother with the studio. It's always clean in there. Yoongi can't focus on his work if he's in a messy environment, which is why he's shocked that he let his place get as bad as it did.

He saved his bedroom for last. He still has yet to invest in a bed frame for his mattress, but honestly, he prefers being this low to the ground. Somehow it makes it easier to get out of bed.

Almost every article of clothing on his floor is dirty, which doesn't give him many options for tomorrow. He has a choice between grey sweats or torn to hell jeans as pants, and either an old high school sweater that's a size too small or a red long sleeve for a shirt. Either way, he'll look a little ridiculous in that laundromat.

He made his bed, but figured that he needed to wash his sheets and blankets too and stripped the mattress of them. He tossed them on top of the hamper, and rummaged around his hall closet for the spare blanket he kept lying around. He only had one sheet - which was bad planning on his part, and decided that if the weather was as nice as the weatherman predicted, he'd go into the city, and invest in a couple other things.
