It's raining again. Jimin drags Yoongi out into the rain to dance with him. They're listening to Frankie Valli's Can't Take My Eyes Off You and Yoongi is surprised to learn that Jimin knows all the words.
Yoongi doesn't feel like himself when he's with Jimin. He feels like an entirely different person, but not that that's a bad thing. He likes it. Is that what it's like to be in love? He wonders. Yoongi's never been in love before, so he's not sure if he's doing it right, but he knows that every minute spent with Jimin is cherished. He knows that every time he's not with him, he misses him terribly. Jimin makes him laugh harder than he's ever laughed before. He makes him giddy and clumsy, and blush almost every time they get together. Jimin is everything Yoongi could have ever wanted, and that frightens him, because aren't you supposed to fall in love multiple times before you find that person? It's not supposed to happen on the first try right?
They're standing in the rain, slow dancing to Fly Me To The Moon by Frank Sinatra, and Yoongi knows he's in love. He never wants to let go of Jimin.
So he doesn't. He wraps his arm tighter around his waist, pulling him against his chest, and presses his forehead against the youngers. They stay out there until the sky is dark and they're shivering in their soaking wet clothes, and even then, he doesn't let go.
