Chapter 70: Phonecall

"Babe are you okay?" I asked Erick because he seems a little off today. 

"Yeah! I'm good." He answered though it doesn't look he's fine, I just ignored it. I don't want it ruin my mood, and our date. We're at a coffee shop. We just want to chill actually, we're too worked up at school due to many papers works. 

"Hey Babe! Who's you're texting with?" I asked because he's too busy typing something.

"Just some friend" I just mouthed ooh. 

"It's kinda boring here should we go somewhere else? Like your place or mine, what do you think?" I asked, but he just look at me. "Babe you're kinda ruining my mood"

"I'm sorry." Then he just stand up, I just look at him kinda confused. "Let's go to my place"

"Sounds good!" I answered as I cling myself to him.

After a long drive, we got to his place. Since no one's around, we got this place to ourselves. 

"I'll just make us some food. You go first to my room" Erick said so I did what he told me.

Just as I was about to open the door to his room the telephone ring.

"Babe, could you answer it. Thanks!" He shouted. 

"Okay!" 

"Hello Erick" someone said as I answered the phone.

"I'm sorry, he's kinda busy right now. Who's this?" I said while raising an eyebrow. It's a girl's voice. 

"Ah. Just tell him I'll call again." As I was about to ask again who is she, she hangs it up already.

"Babe who's that?" He asked, I didn't notice him.

"I don't know. It's a girl!" I answered then his face when shocked but after a few second it went back to his smilling face.

"Let's go inside. What should we watch?" He ask, obviously changing the subject.

"Who's that girl Erick?" I asked

"I don't know. You're the one who answered the phone right?" I raised an eyebrow to his answer.

"Let's just watched Babe!" He said as he pulled me to sit down beside him.

Were quiet while watching movie. My thoughts were occupied on who's that girl. Maybe she's the one who's my boyfriend texting to. I shook my head to that thought.

"What were you thinking Laine?"

"Nothing" I answered coldly.

He chuckled so I turned my head to him. "What's funny?" I asked.

"Nothing! You're just cute!"

"Whateverz!"

He pulled me closer to him. God! Why is he sooo handsome!

"Let's just finish this movie, okay?" He said. And I nod as an answer.

After we finished watching he turned off the TV then he faced to me.

"So tell me what are thinking?" He asked

"It's nothing!"

"Are you sure?"

"Just don't mind me!"

"How can I don't mind you when you're always at my mind!" I blushed

"Oooh please Erick. Enough with those cheesy lines."

"Its true though"

"Fine. Fine. I'm just curious who's that girl" I said, admiting what's on my mind.

"Jealous"

"No I'm not." Am I? "Well a little" I admit

He pinched my cheeks "You don't have anything to be jealous about. Ok?" I didn't answered. Because I don't think that I should answer it.

He moved closer to me. Then he touched my face. I know where this going. As our faces comes closer and closer I can't stop my heart from pumping soooo much blood cause I can feel that I'm kinda blushing. As were about to kiss, the phone ring. 

"Damn!" I blurted out, he just laugh.

"Wait babe. Don't move I'll answer it." He said.
