I met Gaby as the restaurant she requested to have lunch in

"Hey big brother." She said giving me a hug

"What you do want?" I asked because she only called me that when she was trying to butter me up

"Nothing I'm just happy to see you." She said with a smile

'"Hmm how's Casey?" I asked and she laughed

"He's good he asked me to move in, so we're apartment hunting."

"Good for you, you finally chose a good guy."

"Shut up, so you and Alayna?" she sand and I smiled

"Nice subject change."

"Just tell me one thing."

"What?"

"You aren't trying to get back at Laura for what the lawyer found out during the divorce."

"No, Alayna and I we actually slept together the first time before I found out Steven." I rolled my eyes at the thought of the man who my wife had been sleeping with for months before she left me

"That was almost two months ago."

"Like we said last night we've been trying to figure some things out."

"Are you sure you're ready? I mean you were with Laura for 15 years, you don't want to take sometimes for yourself? Just be with Eva and Diego."

"I want to be with Alayna, I know that there's no doubts. Trust me she's grilled me on all of this already, plus I have something else to tell you. You can't tell nobody."

"I won't.'

"Gaby I'm serious no one not Casey, not Shay, no one."

"Antonio just tell me."

"She's pregnant."

"Oh my God! Really?"

"Yeah 7 weeks, we went to the doctors yesterday."

"Congratulations, I can't wait to be an aunt again. How are you feeling about it?"

"Nervous, excited, I don't know how the kids are going to react."

"They're going to have some questions that's for sure, but I think they're going to learn to love it. Oh my God mom's going to cry."

"She always does when she finds out about a new grandchild."

"And she loves Alayna, oh God here comes the when are you getting married Gaby questions."

"Well when are getting married Gaby?" I teased

"Oh my God."

"And where's her grandchild? You spend all day running into trouble that's the problem."

She laughed

"You sound just like her.'

"Trust me I still hear about being a cop every Sunday dinner."

"So what's the plan from here?"

"What do you mean?" I asked looking over the menu

"you guys are having a baby. Are you moving in together? Who's house are you moving into? When are you guys telling everyone else? You have talked about this right?"

"Not about the living situation, but we're going to tell our families after she hits the 12 week mark. We're going to tell kids first of course. She's going to meet them next week and them we'll tell them after 12th week too."

"Wow you two crazy kids might actually make this work."

"That's the plan." I said feeling hopeful about this relationship

I didn't make it home until 2am, I walked in went to put my gun in the safe, there was a note attached

Dinner is in the microwave

I smiled at the note then locked the safe and headed into the kitchen. After I ate I headed upstairs to find Alayna sleeping soundly in my bed. I went to shower and I got out and I could hear her saying something I walked out the bathroom to see her on the phone

"Hello? Hello? Alright you have a nice night." She hung up and laid back down

"Who was that?"

"I don't know, they didn't say anything." She said I nodded and pulled on a par of shorts and got in bed and wrapped my arms around her.

"I'm glad you're home." She said rubbing my arm

"You missed me?"

"I can't help but worry when you're out late, I know that's when you do most of you're undercover work."

"I'm fine, everybody made it home safe."

"Good." She said then kissed me I leaned down and kissed her stomach

"I missed you two today."

"We missed you too daddy." She said running her hands through my hair
