- Chapter Two -
"Well, I don't play by the rules.""YOU'RE JUST JEALOUS."
"The fuck? Why?
"Because you're not a cool as me."
"Oh, yes, you're absolutely right, I'm so jealous that I can't get my head far enough up my own ass."
"This is what I mean-"
"GUYS!" Peter burst out, putting his hands out to stop the two from arguing. "Please stop! You're giving me a headache." He whined whilst Sirius just looked thoroughly amused, almost as though he would start taking bets on who would give up first.
James, who wasn't able to finish his sentence before Peter cut in, huffed and crossed his arms, slumping heavily back in his seat, with a frustrated expression on his face, one that practically screamed that he wasn't done talking to the girl next to him, he wasn't done.
"I'm sorry, Peter, Opals just mad that mirrors can't talk, lucky for her they can't laugh either." He smirked and the boys furrowed their eyebrows momentarily before forcing out a little bit of laughter. Sherry smothered laughter with her hand pressed onto her mouth before taking it away.
"I could eat a bowl of alphabet soup and shit out a statement better than the one you just made."
"You're disgusting."
"Eh, I've been called worse by better."
"Oh my god." James groaned loudly and Sherry looked to the two other boys in the compartment, raising her eyebrows, silently asking if he was this dramatic all the time. Their answer was nods and she snorted, returning back to her other magazine that she had started to read when she had finished her other one.
It had been over an hour since they first met, comments were passed back and forth and James couldn't go five minutes without apparently annoying the crap out of Sherry, which is when it all started.
The compartment door slid open again and Remus poked his head in, smiling lightly. "Hey guys, it's time to get into your robes." He said and the three of the boys sat down in the compartment started to stand up and reach up for their trunks whilst Sherry just flicked another page in her magazine.
"Sherry." Peter said and she looked up with a raised eyebrow. "Can you maybe leave?" He asked shyly.
"Why?"
"We're getting changed." Sirius chuckled, taking his tie out of his trunk and waving it in the air before grabbing the rest of his uniform.
"Well, I wouldn't mind seeing that." She flirted with a grin and leaned forward slightly. Peter and Remus glanced to each other whilst James scoffed. Sirius definitely seemed into it as a smirk took over his face and he winked at her.
