Waking up, there was a blanket over me that I don't remember putting on last night. Truthfully, I don't remember much of what happened last night or how I even ended up in this room.
Wait. Did I?
Looking down at my clothes I sighed in relief to feel them all in tact. How stupid am I for falling asleep at a party? That's like party goer 101, never fall asleep because you don't know what people will do to you.
God, I'm so stupid.
Looking around the room, I can't figure out if it's Khalil's or Ryder's. There was a mirror on the wall that I didn't notice last night. Throwing my hair up into a bun, I looked like a mess. Thankfully drunk me knew to wash my face.
Unlocking the door, the hallway was empty, no drunken bodies in sight. Khalil wasn't kidding about only certain people are allowed to keep over. In New York, you'd see drunken bodies everywhere on the floor just lying there.
Most of the time there were on than just alcohol.
Xavier used to get happy cooking for random strangers, that weirdo.
Shaking the memory, I stepped into the kitchen and was shocked to see almost everyone was awake.
"Hey there sleeping beauty!" Khalil said with a laugh and gestured towards the island where there were enough spaces for all of us to sit down. They even made space for me. "How many pancakes you want?"
"Four is fine." I said taking the seat next to Anri who had his head down on the table. Roslyn was dressed to go out already. Juliana was dressed in the same clothes as yesterday like most of us and was talking to Roslyn.
"I didn't know you were such a partier for being so quiet." Khalil said with a laugh as she served me the food. I shrugged my shoulders and dug into the delicious pancakes.
"What can I say? I like to dance." I laughed and looked towards the living room where Kian and Eugene were watching TV. "Where's Ryder?"
"Oh you don't see that dead body over there underneath the covers?" Khalil said pointing towards the couch. Turning around again, I looked closely and realized that he really was on the couch. Kian was at his feet and Eugene was at his head. From a distance it just looks like a pile of blanket.
"Why is he-" That's when I realized. "That was his room?"
I put my head on his pillow? His smell was the one that was so hypnotizing? A blush instantly came onto my cheeks.
"Yep. You were so cute cuddled up in the pillow. Ryder was getting worried since you weren't coming back from the bathroom, he thought something happened, so he of course went to check on you. Only to find his bedroom taken." Khalil laughed. "Then when the party finally ended, he kicked everyone out after practically guarding the-"
Out of nowhere a pillow was thrown across the room and hit Khalil in the back of her head. "Fuck!"
"Shut up Khalil!" Ryder yelled. Turning around, he was getting up and rubbed his eyes. His morning voice was so deep. "I can't sleep with all this noise."
I don't let him sleep on his bed and then I don't let him sleep on the couch peacefully. "I'm so sorry! You could have woken me up or I don't know. I'm so sorry."
Ryder laughed, it was so deep and husky. Whats happening to me?
Khalil came up and threw the pillow back at him before coming next to me. "Of course he couldn't let hi-"
Once again the pillow came out and I was able to dodge it in a second. But Khalil got hit again. She sighed and went back to cooking. "How many you want Ryder?"
