Ryder was wearing a new bruise on his face when he walked in, followed by Khalil who's hand was wrapped and Kian who also had a bruise on his face. Roslyn and Eugene came in with Juliana who looked like she has gone through the wringer.
Closing the door behind them, I took them to my room where we all sat down.
"Why am I here again?" Juliana asked after a moment of silence.
"To calm down Khalil, why else?" Roslyn answered rolling her eyes. "Eugene and I are here to keep the peace. Then these hot heads are just useless and protective, not a good combination."
"Shut up Roslyn." Khalil mumbled and looked at Anri and I who were sitting down on the bed quietly. Ryder was shaking so hard like he was so close to losing control. And Kian was sitting silently by the window, looking outside for danger.
"What did they do? How do you know they're interested in you guys?" Eugene asked sitting down in front of us like we were little kids talking to a therapist. Anri looked down at his fingers that were playing with mine.
"It's embarrassing." Anri admitted keeping his gaze away from Kian. I felt the same and leaned my head against Anri's shoulders. I haven't really looked at Ryder since he got here.
"Just say it, okay? It can't be that bad." Eugene promised in such a calm and nice voice, I knew he wasn't going to let anything happen.
"They both gave us dreams, like sexual dreams of us." I mumbled and tensed when Ryder's fist clinched into a ball around my stuffed animal. "Like Kevin gave one to Anri," Kian grew angry, "and Jacob gave one to me."
"How could you two have been stupid enough to fall asleep next to them?!" Khalil yelled throwing her plastic cup to the ground. I knew she wanted to hit something, anything.
She looked so angry and disappointed at us. I couldn't help but hold onto Anri tighter.
"It's not like I was sleeping, I just wasn't paying attention and he slipped into my mind!" Anri yelled back but flinched when Kian gave him a look that told him to stop talking. I agreed with Anri but they didn't need to hear that.
"Okay. What else did they do?" Eugene asked keeping the peace.
"Nothing." Anri and I quickly let out but it sounded like a lie. They felt it too, but we both didn't say anything.
Finally, I looked at Ryder and wished he would give me something, some signal. He must have felt my stare because he turned towards me.
"I should just mark and mate you already to get them away from you, fuck." Ryder growled shaking his head. I felt myself blush and turn completely red.
"Wait! I almost forgot!" I exclaimed and remember that Jacob told me a lot. "Jacob is from your dad's pack. They were sent to kill me because your dad didn't want you getting more powerful or more of a threat. Apparently with a mate, you actually stand a chance against him! I can't believe I almost forgot to say that.." I trailed off.
Roslyn slapped her forehead with her hand and sighed. "The future alpha everyone."
Juliana began to laugh and came to Khalil's side who was only growing more angry. "I can't believe dumb and dumber right now."
I sat back onto the bed and felt bad for almost forgetting to mention something so important.
"So what are we going to do?" Eugene asked turning away from us and to the pack.
"First of all, give these two constant supervision because obviously they can't take care of themselves." Kian said sitting down next to Anri. "And marking you of course."
