Pulling up, the house was transformed into a classy ball. Ryder parked in the driveway and handed out each masks we had bought at the dollar tree in the way here.
Ryder and I walked in hand in hand and he opened the door. I walked in and was surprised by the amount of people were here. It could've been the large dresses or I don't know, but it looks crowded. We walked through the crowd to find people and I smiled when I saw who I think is Kevin and Anri.
"Hey!" I exclaimed and came to Anri's side. He looked over at me and smiled, handing me a beer.
"Want some?" He offered. I shook my head and poured myself a shot of kahlua and tequila rose.
"When did you get here?" I asked handing a shot to Ryder who passed it along to Kian.
"We got here an hour ago, the birthday girl is upstairs. You should probably go up there, bring a girl and all." He suggested pointing to the stairs. I rolled my eyes and kissed Ryder goodbye before going up the stairs.
The sound of crashing made me run up the stairs and open the first door I saw. The boyfriend has Juliana against the wall, his drunken breath can be smelled from here.
"You're fucking gay." He breathed grabbing onto her wrist. She closed her eyes and kept her breath steady. "Go fucking be gay, but don't expect me to be here! Through the cheating and everything, I was here! Fuck! And now this? What do you have to say for yourself? Huh? Fucking faggot!"
I found my body on top of his, my elbow tug into his rib. My fist drew back and I punched as hard as I can. I kept punching. He tried to fight me off, but I didn't let him. Juliana was silent as she watched us.
Finally, he had enough, so I grabbed him by the collar of his shirt and forced his eyes to look at me.
"Don't you ever," I whispered in a calm voice, but the anger was radiating off of me, "come near Juliana again. And don't you ever, ever, disrespect her again. Am I understood?"
He was shriveled up underneath me, his body shaking. I slapped him with the hand my rings were on.
"Am I understood!" I yelled, he spit out the blood in his mouth and looked up at me with a smirk.
"Yes princess." He sarcastically said. I got off of him and pointed to the door.
"Go." And before he could stumble out, "out of this house."
"Oh great." He mumbled when he saw Khalil and Roslyn come to the door way. "Freaks."
"Dick." Roslyn threw back and entered the room, closing the door behind Khalil. They rushed to Juliana and I. "What happened?"
Juliana was silent as she looked out the window. She still hasn't said anything. She didn't do anything as he yelled at her. Why?
"Nothing happened." She whispered emptily and carelessly shrugged her shoulders. "I broke up with him and he got mad."
"Then why didn't you do something? Why didn't you fight back?" Khalil yelled shaking her head. "You can stand up for yourself."
"And do what? Kill him?" Juliana whispered again with a sad smile.
"You aren't going to kill anyone." Roslyn said rolling her eyes and looked over at me who was covered in blood. Well my hands and my face. "She might."
I looked down at my hands and saw that the blood had gotten underneath my finger tips as well.
"He was hurting her." I didn't even think about it. I just did it?
"He wasn't hurting me." Juliana mumbled and ran her hand through her hair. "He was hurting my feelings, but he wasn't hurting me like that."
"Julie, you aren't going to kill anyone by getting angry." Roslyn said putting her hand on her shoulder, but Juliana shrugged it off.
