Rei P.O.V

"don't say a word to me Dabi I don't want to hear it" I walk to the bedroom and Keigo kisses me grabbing his jacket, "you're going out again so soon? Keigo you need to rest what the hell?"

"I forgot to mention that Endeavour will be here to see Aiden tomorrow he finally wants to spend a little time with his grandson and introduce them to the rest of the Todoroki family, mind making sure he's back safely?"

he kisses me again and leaves, "always on a rush isn't he?" I turn around looking at Dabi holding a sleeping Aiden in his arms I didn't know he woke up I don't blame him for being so exhausted he was working out with my mom trying to keep her sanity after losing Jasmine she was a cool Pro even if she was a crappy sister.

"what do you want?"

"I'm sorry, I snapped at you I shouldn't have done that"

"Dabi why are you apologising it's not like you mean it if you're going to apologise put your heart in it don't apologise if you don't mean it"

Dabi looks at me and nods, "fine, I'm not sorry I only apologised because I want to be on your good side, is it true you told Keigo I'm not a bag guy?"

"no, I said you're a bad guy not a bad person I hate that you put me in a position where I have to question that" I shove him and he barely budges, "you can't be a great dad and a crappy person at the same time so who are you really Dabi? I thought you were the type of person that keeps it real, you're honest and that's what I liked about you did you have to prove Keigo right? he's always right I was hoping that just this once he'd be wrong about you"

"calm down the boys are getting restless"

"whatever" I leave the room and get myself water getting back to watch the boys sleep. Dabi gets a call and puts Aiden in my arms rushing out.

Dabi P.O.V

I find Hawks in the warehouse nocked unconscious the only other person I could get in touch with is Spinner the others are M.I.A, "Dabi put this on I've heard about this Guy his quirk can infect you with something that turns you into his personal puppet I think Hawks passed out from holding his breath so I'm assuming it's air bourn"

I put the mask on and carry Hawks to safety dropping him off at the hospital and leaving I rush to Rei's place and Overhaul is here, "what are you doing here?" Spinner steps forward and I hold him back.

"Came to ask for your help, I want to get that girls voice out of my head and be myself again in exchange I leave your little crew alone and I might share some valuable information like who is the Zombifier"

his offer is hard to resist assuming we have two different people on our hands, Unato on the one and the mystery Zombifier on the other targeting both villains and Pro's it's only ordinary civilians who are safe. "a drop of her blood is all you need and you will be good as new"

"that's easier said then done"

"Toga can help you out with that, now tell us what you know"

he tosses a hard drive at me and leaves Rei looks at me worried, "calm down, Spinner get her some water" he leaves and I put my lips on hers I step back and Spinner walks in with the glass, "he's safe at the hospital calm down"

"I have to find Compress, I'll text you where the rest of the league is in an hour" Spinner leaves and Rei looks at me, "look, if it's about the kiss don't over think it I was preventing a panic attack I can't have you falling apart on me the boys need you"

"Did Keigo call you instead of his agency?"

"I think it was an accident"

"You still rushed over to save him, thank you"

"Sure"

Hawks P.O.V

I wake up and Rei is resting her head on the side of the bed holding my hand, I brush her cheek and she moans waking up. I watch her eyes water and she gives me a tight hug, "Keigo please tell me I'm not dreaming"

I kiss her cheek and she cries in my arms, "how long was I out?"

"3 months Keigo I was worried you'd never wake up"

"3 months? what?"

"just kidding it's only been 3 days"

Splitter walks into the room and laughs at me, "it's been 3 months Hawks you're lucky Eri was able to rewind you back to normal you were almost Zombified, but the cost was you being thrown into a sudden coma"

I toss the blankets off, all I care about is my boys no one else. "the twins?"

"you'll have to see for yourself when you get home" Rei kisses me and leaves I rush the doctors to discharge me and get home to find Rei cooked a feast and looks amazing it's like I went out to the grocery store and jumped into an alternate Universe.

"mom Keiko's wings are moving again" I beat Rei to the room and watch his little wings flutter, but Kaito has slightly bigger wings. "I'm so sorry Rei, i'm going to make up for the past three months I promise you"

"the kids are going to be with Splitter all day tomorrow so you can make up for it all day"

she pulls my hand to the dinner table and we have dinner i'm not as hungry as I thought I was and she gives me a knowing look. Dabi walks in and grabs a plate talking to Aiden, he's grown a lot in a short amount of time.

"Keigo look what grandad taught me, are you feeling better? mom said you were sick"

"I feel better anyone want to tell me what happened while I was gone?"

"The Zombifier made his move and tons of Pro's are infected now the league is the only standing criminal organisation left so our numbers have increased thanks to mergers and a bunch of people joining us which made the branch groups split much quicker, people are staying inside and only go out between the time 8AM and 8PM that's the curfew the Zombifier set for us anyone found lurking when the times up is killed or taken he's gotten out of hand, so much so we're even working with the Pro's to stop him"

I turn and watch the boys chewing on teething toys, "so which branch are you leading?" I pick Kai up and he looks at me Keiko starts crying and I lift him up using my wings he smiles and my heart stops he has the cockiest smile ever.

"does Splitter have to take them? with all this chaos going on where is he taking them?"

"to get a shot so that the Zombifier can't get them it works on kids 7 and younger and so the higher ups have decided to prioritise the little ones, we can go with him if you want to spend time with the boys"

"of course I do, we're going right?"

"of course we'll be the first ones there and spend all day having some fun time out"

Dabi grabs my car keys and winks at me, 3 months all cosy with her putting bad ideas in her mind I hate that, but I trust Rei so i'll keep a cool head and spend some down time with my boys I have 3 months of sleepless nights to make up for.
