"Well, we have some great news and some bad news." The doctor tells Maggie and Patrick after getting the results from Billie's scans and lab work.
"The good news is that the cancer hasn't spread but the bad news is that it hasn't gotten better. I'm going to order her a blood transfusion and we will most definitely have to start a more aggressive form of chemo if she reacts well to the transfusion."
Maggie let's put a sigh, "Is she going to make it?" She asks
The doctor looks at his clip board and then back up, "It's to early to tell. I don't want to discourage you but I also don't want to give you false hope. We will see how this week goes." He says

Billie is asleep in her hospital room and Celestial is hanging out with Finneas who p brought his girlfriend Claudia.
"Hey Celestial, you don't have to stay here 24/7. If you want a break..." Finneas starts to say before Celestial interrupts him,
"I'm not leaving her, especially not with out her knowing." She says
"I don't think she'll even notice to be honest." Finneas tells her running his hand through his hair.
"She will. Watch." Celestial says and then stands up from her chair. She walks out of the room for a few seconds and just as expected Billie starts to wake up.
"Baby??" Billie says sleepily, opening her eyes and looking around the room.
"I'm here angel, I'm right here." Celestial says as she walks back into the room and sits back down.
"I stand corrected." Finneas says.
"Okay you got to admit, that's extremely cute." Claudia tells Finneas.
"You're right, I don't think I've ever seen Billie be this attached and vulnerable with anyone. It's like they got a supernatural type of connection. It's kinda creepy." Finneas says and laughs.
Just then, Maggie and Patrick walk in with the doctor.
"I got the blood transfusion called in, we will start that and see how she reacts. If her vitals are good we will do another round of chemo." The doctor tells them all and then says, "we ask for everyone to leave except for one person."
And as always Celestial stays with Billie as they set everything up and start the transfusion.
"How is she going to be able to get stronger if she can't even keep anything down?" Celestial asks one of the nurses.
The nurse walks over beside her and places her hand on Celestial's shoulder, it causes Celestial to tense up a bit. "I know it's hard to see someone you love so sick, we will start giving her supplements in her IVs and through her port in between treatments." The nurse calmly says.
Once she takes her hand off of Celestial's shoulder she breaths again and isn't tense anymore. Once everything is set up, Billie's family is allowed back into the room.
"Maggie?" Celestial says.
"Yes dear?" Maggie answers
"I.. I was wondering. Well Billie said that... that you where going to help me.. well us, find a therapist but then all this happened and I didn't know... if it was still a possibility." Celestial says, still stuttering a bit.
"Oh of course it is, I will send a message over to one I know of. She is amazing, she also works through the hospital with patients and their families." Maggie tells Celestial
"Is there a room where she can do it here? I don't want to be to far from Billie." Celestial asks.
"As far as I know there is, are you sure you don't want a break from this place?" Maggie asks.
"I am more then sure." Celestial says.

With everything going on now and with everything that happened in the past, Celestial figured it would be a good idea to talk to someone to help her work through it.
Even though talking is hard, she wants to be the best person she can be and be strong for Billie.
