"Well Billie, it looks like you're going home!" The doctor tells her.
"Wait? Really??" Billie asks in disbelief
"You'll have to come back weekly for a check up to make sure the cancer hasn't come back but the scan today is has no signs of disease. Welcome to remission Billie!" The doctor announces
Everyone sits there in complete shock and amazement.
After months spent in the hospital the worse of it is finally over.
Celestial's smile slowly fades, "what's wrong?" Billie asks
"I am so thankful that you are okay, I just don't know where I'm going to stay. Are my parents still at the house?" Celestial asks.
Billie gives her a deer in the headlights look and then looks at Maggie.
"Mom, where is Celestial going to live??" Billie asks.
"Oh that reminds me, we didn't know when would be a good time to mention this but now is better then never. Celestial, your parents actually moved and the house went up for sale. A nice elderly couple lives there now." Maggie says.
"Oh thank god." Billie says
"That's typical behavior for them, once people around town start catching on they abruptly leave. That was the longest they've ever stayed in one place. I used to move almost monthly." Celestial tells Maggie.
The doctor comes in with the paper work to discharge her, "I've also prescribed some supplement drinks to get you back to a healthy weight." He says.
Patrick calls Finneas and tells him the good news and with that, they leave the hospital.
While driving home Billie lays her head on Celestial's shoulder, "Thank you." Billie tells her.
"Why are you thanking me?" Celestial asks
"You where the one who contacted my mom and you stayed by my side through everything. I just love you so much." Billie says.
As they pull into the driveway and get out of the car, Celestial looks back at her old house and then back at Billie. She grabs onto Billie's hand and says,
"Well if it wasn't for you I'd still be with my parents. You saved me. Remember when we were at the cabin at I told you I wanted to take care of you for a change?"
Billie nods her head yes
"Well looks like that finally happened." Celestial says then gets up on her tippy toes to kiss Billie.
They go inside and lay in Billie's bed together.
"What?" Billie asks smiling at Celestial.
"Nothing, I'm just glad you are okay." Celestial says and hugs Billie.
