So, There they are, sitting watching the fireworks at Disneyland in Japan.
It's getting late and the two of them are cuddled up on the bench when Billie gets up.
"Celestial?" Billie says nervously.

Billie that's a deep breath and takes her hands out of her sweatshirt pocket and the gets down on one knee and pulls out a little box that holds a ring.
"Will you, Celestial, Marry.." Billie starts to say but then breaks down in tears, "will you marry me? You can say no but.."
Celestial cuts her off with a kiss, "yes! Yes Billie, I'll marry you." She says and then kisses Billie again as they both cry.
Billie places the ring on Celestial's finger, "it's just a ring I got from the gift shop here, I'll get you a real one later." She tells Celestial
Celestial shakes her head, "no, no there is no need. This one is more then perfect." She says.
They kiss and hug again, "I'm getting married guys!!!" Billie shouts out to the people watching the fireworks. People cheer and clap, some look confused cause of the language barrier but they soon catch on to what just happened.
Celestial blushes and hides her head on Billie's shoulder.

They decide to get there stuff and leave, once they get home Celestial talks again, "I can't believe this, I am speechless." She says to herself
Billie heard her, "I love you so much, we can wait as long as you want to actually get married so don't feel rushed or anything."
Celestial laughs and says, "Are you kidding me? I couldn't be more excited to be yours, yours forever. Forever and always."
Billie wraps her arms around her now fiancé and says, "Mine." gently kisses her on the neck and then says, "and I am yours." And kisses her neck again.

Celestial looks into Billie's eyes waiting for her to finish was she was saying.

Before long Billie was fast asleep, holding onto Celestial who then falls asleep next.

As Billie was falling asleep she thought about how much things have changed, not only moving across the world but also just in general. She notices the slight changes in the dynamic of her's and Celestial's relationship.
While yes, Celestial still becomes that shy and frightened little girl and the trauma from her past becomes evident...
It's not as often anymore and Billie can't help but smile at that fact. She realizes and accepts the fact that she can't change Celestial's past and take away her pain completely, but she is also just so overwhelmed with how grateful she is that she can help Celestial feel safe and be able to live life as she should.

Billie has helped Celestial finally just be Celestial.
Not someone used for drugs
Not a body used for others pleasure
But just Celestial
A person
A person with feelings and a future
A person who is worthy of love
Love not just sex
And be able to show love through sex and feel good,safe, and happy about it.
Celestial has noticed these things too and as scary as change may be, she is happy and excited to be experiencing it with Billie.
