Trying to be happy.

Chapter 2:

While Eric leads her up the stairs she strts getting nervous about what he has in store.

"you okay?" he asks he must have noticed how her breathing got faster.

"Yea umm where are you taking me?"She answers quietly.He just noda and stops in front of two glass doors and opens them to reveal what must be the most beautifal thing Jasmine has ever laid her eyes on.They are vine hanging from the balcony,two beautiful fuzzy chair,and an amazing view of the city.

"Its really pretty!"Jasmine exclaims like a happy child on christmas morning,making Eric laugh.

"Still not the most beautiful thing out here."Eric said quietly hoping Jasmine wouldn't hear him,but she did.She smile and sits in one of the chairs.

"So why havent i seen you around here before?" Eric asks,sitting in the same chair as Jasmine.

"I don't go out much.I spend most of my time studying or staring at the wall." She says laughing and Eric does the same.

"Wait are you Trina's friend?"Eric asks.

"yea why?"Jasmine asks.

"She said you were beautiful."He says leaning forward making Jasmine nervous.She has never kissed a boy, no boy has ever tried.

"Umm." Jasmine says slightly leaning back.Eric pulls back at first he looks confused.

"What's your problem?"Eric asks harshly.

"Sorry I've just never kissed anyone before." Jasmine said looking away.

"So you like a virgin or whatever?"Eric asks seeming genuinely curious.

"Yea I know it's stupid I just haven't found a guy that I know isn't gonna just toss me aside when he's done." She explains leaning into Eric. Jasmine is very surprised by how fast she's come to trust him.

" I would never do that that's so messed up."He says surprising Jasmine with his vulgar language.

"I don't know. I haven't even had my first kiss." Jasmine said a she can't believe she's actually considering doing this.Eric leans in once more and Jasmine doesn't resist this time.The minute their lips touch Eric grabs Jasmine's hips and she laces her finger through his hair. It's a sweet,slow,and simple kiss. Jasmine is feeling something that she's never felt before like a fire inside her body that she can't explain.Eric lays back on the chair and Jasmine follows him straddling his lap.

"Christ Jasmine."Eric says when Jasmine starts rocking her hips.Jasmine has no idea how far she's gonna let this go, but for once she wants to live in the moment.Eric pulls away and smiles his beautiful smile.

"That was.......wow."Jasmine states breathlessly.She is surprised at how good that felt even though they were just kissing.

"Yea?You did pretty good for your first that says something you know."He says winking at Jasmine.

"Oh yea and what's that?"Jasmine says and for some reason she doesn't feel bad for kissing this guy she just met.

"Your gonna be good in bed."He says making Jasmine squeal.

"So what are you doing, next Saturday?"Eric asks rubbing Jasmines back.

"Nothing." Jasmine says trying to ignore the returning heat for Eric's touch.

"Well now your going to dinner with me."Although that was kind of rude there was something about his confidence that makes Jasmine be drawn to him.

"Ok." Jasmine says and she shivers.

"Take my jacket and then we can go inside."Eric says taking off his jacket and handing it to Jasmine.

"Thank you." Jasmine says walking in after Eric.

"Come on I want you to meet my friends."Eric says walking a little ahead of Jasmine until they reach a couch full of people filled with tattoos and piercings.

"Everybody this is my soon-to-be girlfriend she just doesn't know it yet."He says and winks at Jasmine.Jasmine smiles and waves and they all greet her."Wow your really pretty!"A small brunette exclaims looking at Jasmine.

"Thank you.You are also very pretty."She says sitting down leaning in to Eric.

"Aww look at you bro.Shes already wearing you jacket."A boy with white hair says and Eric flips him off and he returns his vulgar gesture.The rest of the party goes well and Jasmine texts Trina when she is ready to they leave the party around 2:00a.m.When Jasmine gets into her house she turns on her light to see her dad scowling her.

"Oh no."She knows this isn't gonna end well.
