𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗜 𝗦𝗮𝘄 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗛𝗲𝗿

Part 27 (Gons POV)

Gons POV:

"Ok! So who's first?" Kurapika asks clapping his hands together. "Me-" I get cut off before I can finish. "I'll go first." Leorio says smirking at me. I glare at him with my tongue sticking out. Killua just rolls his eyes and snickers. "Ok," he reaches for Leorio gift, since we both chose one thing for him there was only one think. And Kurapika got his out. They both handed them to him. "Here." Killua says.

He obviously takes Kurapikas first. He picks it up and shakes it. "Hm.. wonder what it is." Killua rolls his eyes and laughs. Kurapika hits him in the shoulder. "Ow! Ok I'm sorry!" He says trying not to laugh anymore.

Leorio just ignores them both and starts to open it. A few seconds later he finally sees what it is. "Money!" He exclaims. "Well I couldn't fit myself in a box, so I got the the next best thing." He says sarcastically. "Well I wish you could fit in the box. You would be the best present." He winks.

And Kurapika rolls his eyes. "Ok ok now it's Killua and Gons gift." Kurapika says handing him out gift. "We kinda worked together for this, so.. open it!" I giggle. He unwraps it and laughs, "really! A suitcase?  So I can put the- on my god you guys are losers." He laughs. "But thank you, I love it guys." He says putting the gifts to the side.

Time skip to killua and gons gifts to eachother

"Ok, I guess I'll open mine first." Killua says. "Ahh! You guys are so meannnn!" I complain. "We're saving the best for last Angel!" He laughs. "Oh sure.. just open it!" I exclaim nervous. I hope he likes it..

He gently grabs it, and starts to unwrap it. And the book comes out. "Memories.." he mumbles. He opens it and his eyes widen a lot. He turns through the pages and sees all of them are filled with pictures and words. "Are you serious! All these pictures.. all have descriptions.. even the small ones. Like us waking up or going out to eat.. how did you.." he look up at me and I can see a little tears in his eyes.

"It took a lot.. but of course I remembered all of the small things. That's what makes it all, it's the paintbrush to the paint. I'm honestly surprised that I could remember everything. But every single picture in that book means everything to me." I finish scratching the back of my head. H just looks back down at it caressing one of the pictures. "It love it.. I love it so much Angel.. I'm at a lose of words.. I don't know what to say but thank you.." I looks back up.

"It's really not that big.. it's.. well it is, but you don't have to cry about it!" I yell trying to comfort him. There's already tears streaming down his face. At this point Kurapika and Leorio are just sitting back and smiling. "Baby," my face turns a little red since he never calls me that and that he only calls me Angel. "This is the best present present I've ever gotten in my entire life." He wipes his tears, "I don't want to get emotional now...-" he says something else under his breath, but I can't understand it. "But all I can say is I love it. And I'll keep it for the rest of my life." He smiles. And I smile back, scooting closer to I can give him a kiss.

Which he happily accepts and kisses back. A few seconds later we both pull back smiling "ok lovebirds, let's get this over with." Leorio rolls his eyes. We both laugh and I scoot back to where I was sitting before.

Once I get situated killua hands me the gift. I excited open it, and instead of a big thing I see a note. It reads:

Hey Gon, I'm sorry I couldn't give you your present now. So you'll have to wait a little bit longer. But in the meantime until then, would you like to go on a date with me tonight?

I'm a little bummed out that I couldn't get the present I was most excited for now, but I'll get it later so I'm still happy I get to go on a Christmas date!

"Yes I'll go on a date with you!" I exclaim. And I see killua sigh with relief. "I'm glad, I thought you were going to be a little upset that you can't get it now. But don't worry you will still get it tonight. But until then we have a date to get ready for." Leorio Kurapika and killua all stand up. And I just follow them confused. "We are going suit shopping! So Kurapika is going to take Gon, and I'll go with Leorio." He claps his hands together.

"We've never gotten new suits for a date before? What's different?" I ask still a little confused. "Well this is a Christmas date! So I'm paying for your suit, and my suit I'm being nice here Gon. It's a special date" he smiles. "Hey no fair! I wanna pay for yours if your paying for mine!" He just shakes his head. "To bad, I'm making up for not being able to give you your present now." He smiles and I pout. "Whatever.." I mumbled. "Ok, just go get your shoes on so we can leave." Kurapika says impatiently. Me and killua laugh but silently agree.

Time skip

When me and Kurapika get out of the car I finally spark up conversation. " you know what the present is, don't you?" I question and he tenses up. "Whattt pfft nah I have nooo clue what it is..." he nervously laughs. "Ya.. mhm that's pretty believable. Didn't know you went to acting school." I say sarcastically rolling my eyes.

"Ok MAYBE I know what he got, but I'm now gonna tell you what it is." He says straightforward. "Awww please! Come on! Tell me!!" I plead, and he just shakes his head. Making me cross my arms "fine then." I look away. "Fine then, don't like me. I'm ok with that." He laughs. And I roll my eyes.
