~~~~"ELEANOR ALEXANDER GRAY!" Her mum yelled from outside her door, "Will you get out of bed, they'll be here in half an hour!"
Eleanor huffed, pulling her pillow over her head to block out the sound of constant banging on her door. "If you don't get up I'll send the elves in." Clarissa warned, turning to walk down the corridor.
"Fuck sake" she mumbled, tossing the pillow at the door as she made her way over to the bathroom. Passing by the boxes of clothes she still hadn't got round to unpacking since the move. Stripping off her pjs, she turned on the water to the perfect temperature and hopped in the shower, brushing her hands through the knots in her long brown hair. It was too early for this she thought.
"TWINKY!"
"Mistress Gray, called Twinky?" The house elf called from behind the glass shower door.
"Could you make me a piece of toast and a mint hot chocolate please?" Eleanor asked, poking her head full of bubbles round the glass.
"Of course, Twinky will get that get that right away!" She nodded frantically, pulling at the hem of her purple dress.
"Thank you lovely" she said, before she heard the familiar pop of the disappearing elf.
A knock at the door send Eleanor skidding along the floor, an unfinished piece of toast left hanging from her mouth. She swung the door open and jumped into the arms of Cedric Diggory.
"I guessed someone missed me." he smirked. Placing her to the ground, so he now towered over her small frame.
"Let's get going, I can't wait any longer!" She shouted pulling him along the porch to see his father stood on the gravel. "Mr Diggory, it's been so long." She smiled embracing him in a hug, he chuckled greeting her back.
"Eleanor, aren't you going to say goodbye?" She turned to see her father stood in the doorway and rushed over to give him a quick hug, "Make sure those Irish go down." He whispered into her ear, "Take good care of her Amos. Make sure you stay with him at all times."
"Still doubting me I see Alexander, of course I will take care of her." He said grabbing her and Cerdics hands as they apparate away.
They stomped to the ground as she took in their surroundings, they had apperrated to a forest? A forest. This wasn't the Quidditch World Cup. "What are we doing here?" She asks leaning in to Cedric, so it was out of his fathers earshot.
"We're waiting on some friends, you've heard of the Weasleys, right?" She nodded in response. "They're coming with us, along with Harry Potter and Hermione Granger, both will be in your year at Hogwarts" He said, whilst grabbing onto a lower branch of the oak tree.
Before she could even respond, he pulled himself up and out of view in between the branches, flexing his muscles in the process. Eleanor rolled her eyes, show off.
She was too busy watching Cedric manoeuvre his way up through the tree she failed to hear the closing in of footsteps from behind on the leaves.
That's when she felts pairs on hands grasp her by the shoulders, shaking her ever so slightly. "BOO!" They screamed in her ear. She yelped in response, holding her hand to her chest as she turned to face two tall, ginger boys.
"Woah sorry Granger didn't mean to scare yo- wait, hang on, who's this? Who are you?" They pointed at her, turning in confusion to the other on coming Weasleys.
