Chapter 29

Austin's POV

Wait, what?!

They don't even look like each other. Ariana has brown orbs with brown ombré hair while Tiarna has Brown hair with pink tips on the ends and blue clear eyes.

What the actual fuck!

I looked back at Ariana who was just laying on her bed looking lifeless. Everyone froze in their place and just looked between Ariana and Tiarna.

Ariana's heart rate started to speed up so fast that a nurses and doctors came rushing in rolling her out of the room. I watched in horror as they left.

Everyone has teary eyes. She must've heard what Tiarna said.

I looked over at Harry who tugged at his hair. "She's gonna be okay, right?" I tried to convince everyone.

But mostly myself.

Ariana's POV

I could see Austin sitting down on a chair next to me on a chair. Justin came in rushing and greeted my body.

Austin and Justin started arguing while I just stood there looking at them. I couldn't do anything because they couldn't see me.

Justin rushed out and I saw as Austin sat down again in his chair and held my hand laying his head on it falling asleep.

About an hour later of me messing around with Austin's hair, Niall and his friends came in with a girl and gifts.

The girl looked at me and looked like she could pass out. I mean, I don't blame her if I were her I would throw up.

I had a huge bandage wrapped around my rib area with some specks of blood and wires connected into me. She sat down on a chair that was across my bed and just looked at me with horror.

I quickly looked over at Niall who woke up Austin and patted his back. Louis went and kissed my cheek and so did the other boys.

I smiled a little and looked over at Tiarna who was greeting Austin. I went and stood behind Austin.

Once they greeted Tiarna looked at my body and broke down. I looked at Niall who comforted her.

"What's wrong?" He asked concern in his voice.

Once Niall assured her that everything was okay she spoke.

"Niall," She paused. "Ariana is my... Twin sister."

What?!

My eyes widened and I felt like the air was taken out of my lungs.

I can't believe this!!

I heard fast beeping and looked over at my heart monitor that was racing. Nurses and doctors rushed in and wheeled me out.

I focused on my breathing and just chocked out sobs. I looked at everyone who looked so worried. Was it because of me?

I looked over at Harry who was mumbling things under his breath.

I got closer and made out what he was saying.

"This wasn't supposed to be her."

"Why her?"

"I love her so so much."

Wait, what?!

So many things are happening now.

I just want Justin to be here and comfort me.

I truly love Justin with all my life and I would take a bullet for him any day. If he ever broke up with me I really don't know what I would do.

I fell for him hard. He my first love, kiss, and date. I love him so so much and want him to be here.

Right on cue Justin came rushing in with an angry nurse behind him telling him there were too many visitors in the room.

"I don't care, lady!" He snapped. "I'm her boyfriend and I hav-"

"Let him in we have to get going anyways." Zayn spoke up with a sad expression. The nurse looked at him and told him that everyone could stay.

I sighed and looked over at Justin who looked like a mess. Red blood shot eyes, bags messy hair, and chapped lips.

I hugged him but he just stood there. He released himself from my embrace and leaned against the wall.

A few minutes passed and the doctors wheeled me into the room connecting me to machines and an IV.

"We did everything we could do." A doctor spoke. Daniel, his name tag read. "It's up to her if she wants to fight to stay." Daniel said.

"Thank you, Daniel." Austin and Justin spoke up.

They glared at each other then looked back at the doctor. The doctor left and I sighed.

I really want to stay but I also want all this suffering to end. Who knows where Drake is at the moment.

I sighed and squeezed my eyes shut trying to wake up. Flashbacks came to my mind and it hurt my head badly.

I started shaking uncontrollably until everything stopped and I felt as if I was laying on something soft. I felt someone holding my hand and electricity shot through me.

It was Justin's.

I used every fiber in my body to give the hand a squeeze but all I moved was my thumb. "Guys! She moved her thumb!" I heard a deep voice whisper-yell.

I heard footsteps coming towards me as pain shot through me in my right side. I let out a whimper of pain come out of my lips as I opened my eyes.

I quickly squinted a little as I got used to the dim lights. Once I could make up faces in the room, which were staring at me quite intently might I add, I groaned in pain.

"Shit." I cursed under my breath as I tried to sit up. "Babe, you have to lay down." Justin said carefully laying me back down and giving me a kiss on the forehead.

I hugged him and he carefully hugged me back. We parted and I looked at everyone in the room.

"He-" I tried speaking but then I started coughing uncontrollably. "Someone get her water." Austin said.

Once I finally cured my coughing I spoke up again. "Hi, everyone." I said with my raspy voice at the moment.

I got hey's and hi's.

"Hey, Ariana." Tiarna said. "I don't know if your remember me or not. But I'm your twin sister." She said.

I just stared at her and nodded. "I heard you." I said. "And how come we don't look alike?" I asked.

"Well we were born on the same year, month, and day but different times." She said. "I live with our mom."

I froze right in my place. "My mom's alive?!" I choked out.

"Yeah." She said cautiously.

"No." I said. "My mother's dead to me." I spat.
