After events of BOOK 1, Emma is adjusting back to normal after loosing Peter. Life isn't easy for her; being regular school by day and crime fighting Static by night. Despite people telling her to grieve and give up, she isn't about to give up on Peter. She will find him and bring him home -- somehow.
    
    Along the way, she meets some new friends and allies. As well as former baddies and new baddies. She has to defend her home -- protect her friends and family. With her new team behind her, there isn't anything this girl can't accomplish.
