March 19, 1994: Mount Rainier Park, WA, USA

The Mount Rainier Inn looks more like a random log cabin in the forest than it does a hotel.

The group, having finally arrived, pull up to the front of the building as their cab's headlights shine on into the dark of night.

Jerry had fallen asleep with his head resting on Layne's, with Layne adrift on Jerry's shoulder. They are both shaken awake when the car comes to an abrupt halt.

The cab driver looks incredibly relieved to be done with this fare.

Of course, Layne pays, knowing Jerry's already annoyed enough by this whole endeavour.

Jerry goes to help Sean out of the car and into the building, and Layne does the same for Mike Starr.

Both men are anxious to be alone together, knowing an opportunity like this cannot be passed up.

Layne checks in for two rooms under the name "John Larusta," and from there, he and Jerry settle Mike and Sean in their room, just kind of "dumping" them both on their separate beds before turning out the light.

Closing the door to Sean and Mike's hotel room, Layne and Jerry lock eyes, an intense need for each other having been built up the entire time they'd been at that inn.

At long last, they were alone.

Without saying a word, Layne steps closer to Jerry as Jerry backs up to the opposite wall.
Now right outside their room, Layne grabs the keycard from his jacket while looking from Jerry's lips to his eyes while Jerry does the same to Layne.
The door now unlocked, Jerry reaches back for the door handle while still staring deep into Layne's eyes.

They both walk with a sense of urgency into the room. As the door closes, Jerry throws the pocket fisherman box and Layne's card and note onto one of the beds as he grabs Layne's waist, turning him around as he throws him down onto the other bed, quickly removing his own jacket.
Jerry then leans down on top of Layne, hesitating for a second before kissing him roughly, a passionate heat enveloping them as Layne puts his hands on Jerry's chest while Jerry climbs on top of him.
Layne's tongue pushes past Jerry's teeth, mapping his mouth as Jerry does the same, barely able to breathe- not like either of them care about breathing right now.

They really don't care about the fact that they've been drinking, either. There are things more important than 'alcohol breath'.

Jerry breaks the kiss to mark Layne's neck, biting his earlobe as he does so. Layne returns the sentiment, teeth only grazing the side of Jerry's face as he runs his hands through Jerry's long blonde hair.

Layne then moves his hands to lift Jerry's shirt up and over Jerry's head. The kiss resumes after only a quick moment, the heat of it intensified when Jerry starts to put a bit more of his weight on Layne.

Grabbing Jerry's hips, Layne turns the both of them over so that he's now on top, removing his own jacket and shirt while also undoing his belt- the kiss barely breaks.

Jerry bites Layne's bottom lip in defiance, the desire to be dominant overriding his senses as he grabs Layne's waist again to turn them back the other way, pinning Layne underneath him. He can feel himself growing hard as Layne starts to buck his hips up a bit instinctively, his hands on Jerry's back and neck with blunt nails grazing his skin.

A low, short moan escapes Jerry as his blood rushes down, an obvious bulge forming in his jeans.
Layne starts to undo Jerry's fly, a hand reaching down and into Jerry's boxers as he starts to jerk him off.
