"Be the change that you wish to see in the world."

Joyce's heart dropped as she dragged back the dead bodies into one of the buildings which the medics had declared as a little infirmary. Instead of leaving them in the open to be riddled with bullets she had ran in during the commotion and lifted the dead bodies using all her strength before running back. Roe had dubbed her a mad woman for what she was doing. He told her she could simply just take their tags but she refused.
After she had retrieved the last one she could find Joyce helped out the other medics with attending to the few wounds before preparing for more men to be brought in. Once she was satisfied with all the work she had done she headed out into the streets and took off toward Lipton who headed toward a warehouse, he instructed her to stay in the building with the other medics. When she tried to refuse he told her it was a command so with her head low she obeyed his orders and ran back to Roe.
Eileen had stuck by Shifty when Lipton asked him to hammer the windows, then the two took cover again. It was like she felt a urge to protect the man from any harm that could come his way. Monique was now pushed in further with Luz and Welsh sticking close to them awaiting any commands as she couldn't do anything to help. Judith had took it upon herself to stick close to Bill, not leaving his side.
Suddenly a whirling sound erupted before the ground shook and a loud boom echoed through the village. Lipton looked down in fear at all the soldiers in the streets.
"They got us zeroed! Spread it out! Spread it out!" His voice was loud and clear.
Eileen shoved Shifty back toward where they had originally hidden before going to get Tab. Lipton ran down the metal stairs of the warehouse as he instructed the soldiers to get out of the streets as explosions happened all around. He ordered Perconte and another soldier to get out of the streets before telling Eileen to move back.
"Medic !" Screams were yelled all over the place so the four medics set out in an attempt to help them all.
Roe, Joyce, Mampre and Pepping ran to the different yells for a medic. Joyce watched as Bull carried someone through the mayhem, his leg missing and gushing out blood. She had directed him to the building where they had gathered other men telling him she would get there shortly to attend to his wounds.
Joyce dropped to her knees in the middle of the street to calm a man who was screaming as the mortar round had blown him across the way, causing multiple wounds to him. Whenever a mortar hit nearby, the blonde woman covered the man with her own body before straightening up to patch him up remotely before moving him out of the streets.
"Don look." Penkala said as he patted his friend on his chest, Don followed his gaze to the woman in the middle of the street.
"She is crazy. Balls of steel." Don said with wide eyes.
