Zoe’s POV.
Once we arrived in Edinburgh, we headed out of the train station, and my dad was standing there… waiting.
“Dad!” I yelled as I ran over to hug him.
“Zo! Lmm’e see that ring of yours!” He asked. I handed my hand, and he glanced it for what felt like hours. After that we hopped in the car, and began to drive to Joe’s house.
“Wait. Dad. I want to do something for my fans. Dinner is at 7… right?”
“Yes.”
“I want to do a quick meet up. Or announcement. It’s fair since we didnt get to meet our Edinburgh fans. Alfie do you want to do it with me?”
“I have no choice. I can’t leave you for one split second.”
I quickly went onto my phone and tweeted “@zozeebo: In Edinburgh. If you want to hear some important news gather up at Princess Street Gardens. Right across from Lush. NOW!”
“Right dad, drop us off out side of lush, and we’ll walk across to the Gardens. Pick us up in about 2 hours. Tell Joe there are two people joining you, but don’t say who. Joe won’t have seen my tweet as he blocked me.”
Once we arrived at the area, we jumped out of the car and headed across the road. We stood in an open area, and waited for people to arrive. Before I could say that in my head, a bunch of screaming girls came running to us.
“Right. Does anyone happen to have a megaphone? Sounds stupid, but I don’t care!”
Everyone shook they’re heads, indicating… No.
“EVERYBODY CHECK TWITTER!”
I quickly took out my phone and tweeted “@zozeebo: Everyone form a line so it’s easier for us to meet you. You can get a picture, hug, and sign something.. We don’t have much time. Sorry! x”
Everyone eventually formed a line, so we began to meet people.
People commented on my bump, asked questions, took pictures, hugged me, and did the same to Alfie. It was like that until someone asked.
“Hey, what’s the special announcement.”
“Oh! Thank’s for reminding me. Alfie, lift me up, and put me on your shoulders.”
“OKAY LISTEN UP EVERYBODY, ZOE AND I HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY.. BUT ZOE’S TELLING YOU!” Alfie yelled, and people who were in the park, that weren’t meeting us, gave us strange looks.
“YESTERDAY, ALFIE ASKED ME TO MARRY HIM, AND I SAID YES! WE HAVE ONLY TOLD OUR FAMILY, AND YOU ARE THE SECOND TYPE OF PEOPLE WE HAVE TOLD!”
All the girls screamed, and clapped. A few people who weren’t fans clapped too. We had a few more people left, and then we were done. Once it was finished, a few girls had left they’re phones.
“Alfie, some people left they’re phones. How will they get them back.”
“Zo. They do this on purpose. Look at they’re lock screens.” I looked at them. They had they’re house address on them.
“Ahh.. They do that so we go to they’re house. I see. We’ve got to get going. We’ll give them back tomorrow.”
“Okay. Let’s call your dad.”
