Baby's First Steps

Tanjiro:

When your baby takes their first steps, he's encouraging them with his arms outstretched, a big beaming smile on his face as they toddle, wobbling, towards him. As soon as they fall into his arms, he turns to you with a proud look before praising them, holding them high and pecking their forehead.

"They took their first steps... I'm so happy, they're growing up so fast!"

Nezuko:

Nezuko is beaming behind the gag as your baby takes their first steps towards her, and even if they end up falling before reaching her, she's clapping and encouraging them to get back up and try again. She makes happy noises and hugs them close when they reach her.

Zenitsu:

Zenitsu is the type of father who would yell "GET THE CAMERA" if this were the modern day. Nevertheless, he's there patting his knees and holding out his arms to them, beckoning them to walk towards them. With every step they take he's praising them with a big smile, and as they fall into his arms he's holding them aloft while they giggle, and he's singing their praises to you.

"My (son/daughter) is the best child in the entire world! No other baby compares! Right, (y/n)?"

Inosuke:

Inosuke is telling them to walk towards him, and if they fall down he looks at them and tells them to get back up, because they were doing so well. When they fall into his arms, he holds them up and declares to you, "I have such a smart (son/daughter)! When they grow up they're gonna take over the world!"

Giyuu:

Giyuu is softly smiling when your baby takes their first steps towards him, and when they fall into his arms he's looking at you with such a soft expression that you can't help but awe at the cuteness.

"Our (son/daughter) is growing up so fast... aren't they?"

Kyojuro:

He's sitting there with a big smile, patting his legs and getting them to take their first wobbly steps towards him. As soon as they reach him, he's holding them aloft, beaming up at them and praising them for the accomplishment.

"You've done so well, (child name)! I always knew you were a fast learner!"

Muichiro:

As soon as they take their first steps toward him, he's alert and holding his arms open, encouraging them to come to him. When they fall into his arms, he smiles proudly at them, patting their head and praising them.

"Good, good, (child name). You did a good job."

Shinobu:

She gasps in delight and beckons them to walk to her, and when they fall into her arms she hugs them close and praises them, giving them headpats and kisses.

"Oh, what's this? I always knew you could do it, (child name)! Good job!"

Gyomei:

Gyomei hears them trying to walk and holds his arms open for them. As soon as he feels their tiny hand gripping his sleeve, he smiles, crying as they fall onto his lap. He picks them up and hugs them.

"Were those your first steps...? I knew you learnt quickly. You did well, (child name)."

Sanemi:

Sanemi encourages them to walk toward him, and when they fall he gives them an expectant look, telling them to get back up. When they finally fall into his arms, he gives them a proud smile and some headpats, looking up at you.

"Smart kid we got, eh? Good job, (child name)."

Akaza:

Akaza is the first one they see when they stand up on their own, and when they take their first steps towards him, he looks down when he feels their tiny hand on his leg. He smiles proudly at them and picks them up.

"Were you walking? You did well, (child name). You'll be up and running before you know it."

Douma:

As soon as Douma felt your child's hand gripping the end of his robes and realized that when he looked down at what he was reading that they were a distance away, he smiles widely and picks them up, placing them in his lap and giving them headpats.

"Ah, were those your first steps? Good, good!"

Kokushibo:

Kokushibo silently beckons to them as they start walking, outstretching his arms to catch them if need be. When they fall into his arms, he gives them a rare smile and pats their head.

"... Good job, (child name)."

Muzan:

Muzan looks down for one second and the next he's feeling your child lean against the couch. He smiles, realizing that they took their first steps, and pats their head before going back to his texts.

"Hm? Oh, did you--? Nicely done, (child name)."

Yoriichi:

Yoriichi's arms are outstretched, his own face set in determination as he watches them walk. When they finally fall into his arms, he smiles at them, tears welling up in his eyes as he looks up at you proudly.

"They walked, (y/n). They took their first steps, can you believe that?"
