They Make You Laugh

Tanjiro:

Tanjiro loves making you laugh. Sometimes he'll purposefully do something stupid just so he can hear you giggling. It makes the biggest smile appear on his face, even if you get embarrassed and try to hide it.

Nezuko:

Nezuko likes hearing your laughter. She thinks you're pretty when you laugh, and so sometimes she'll make funny faces or subtly mess with the others just to hear you. (Nobody ever suspects that it's her... she's mastered the art of the innocent puppy eyes.)

Zenitsu:

Zenitsu thinks your laugh is cute and will sometimes act goofy just so he can hear it. Oftentimes, you laugh in inappropriate moments (like Inosuke running facefirst into a tree to build up immunity to Tanjiro's headbutts), but most of the time, he's the one prodding it out of you.

Inosuke:

Inosuke doesn't mind hearing you laugh, but he usually doesn't know what you're laughing at. If he does something stupid and hears you laughing, he usually just shrugs it off, but there have been times when he's thought you were laughing at him (and you have to go comfort the sulking pig boy).

Giyuu:

Giyuu doesn't usually purposefully make you laugh, but he's still damn good at it nonetheless. When he's really tired, he'll start making sarcastic comments about everything, and he's such a mood that you can't help it. One time he accidentally dropped a teacup and just sighed melodramatically and stared down at it, declaring "My entire life was a mistake, and that's the tea" and you just lost it.

Kyojuro:

Kyojuro is the best person to make you laugh. It's usually when he knows you're feeling down that he'll sit somewhere near you and start being silly, like making faces or telling you some funny story about one of the other pillars, and if that doesn't get you laughing, he'll lightly tickle you until you do. (He respects the rule of tickling: as soon as you start giggling uncontrollably, he quits.)

Muichiro:

Muichiro is the king of making you laugh. He's also the king of pranking the pillars, which is even better. If he wants to make you laugh, usually he'll stealthily mess with one of the others by doing something small -- moving Tengen's teacup when he's not looking, switching out someone's cologne with sake -- and you both will just watch as they discover what happened. Nobody ever suspects Muichiro, which makes it easier for him to defend his title -- all they see is his blank stare into the distance and decide that he's checked out like usual.

Shinobu:

Shinobu usually tries to make you laugh when she feels stressed, because she loves hearing it. Sometimes she'll crack sarcastic jokes or make witty comments about something to get you giggling, and she'll just stand there and smile. Shinobu is unrivaled in her sarcasm; not even a sleepy Giyuu can come close to her wit (although he sure as hell beats her in the morbid humor category).

Gyomei:

Gyomei doesn't go out of his way to make you laugh, but he likes hearing you do so. He likes telling you stories of the pillars and hearing you crack up at the stupid thing Tengen did to this person, or Shinobu making a disastrous bet with that person. To this day you still love hearing about the one time Shinobu made a bet with Muichiro that she could create an edible washing packet.

Sanemi:

Sanemi usually doesn't try to make you laugh. He likes to be serious all the time, but sometimes he has his moments when he just needs to unwind and he'll try to make you laugh. Usually this comes about as a colorfully-worded rant about something that happened that day (he knows you love his way of telling stories) or he'll lightly tickle you.

Akaza:

Akaza loves making you laugh. It's one of his best stress relievers (besides beating the tar out of the sorry saps you work with, anyway). Usually he'll be his usual witty self and watch you dissolve into laughter at one of his jokes, or he'll be roasting the heck out of Douma and enjoy hearing your crowing laugh at his creative insults.

Douma:

Douma enjoys hearing you laugh around him. Usually he'll be his usual self and will end up smiling behind his fan hearing your peals of laughter echoing in his chamber. Sometimes if he's feeling extra, he'll summon some of his followers to do a stand-up routine and watch you crack up.

Kokushibo:

Kokushibo doesn't mind hearing you laugh, but he won't be the one making you do it. He won't go out of his way to make you do so, but if he catches you laughing, it sets a part of him at ease and he'll look less like a grumpy grandpa than usual.
