A/N: (Adding fanon to the AU as well as the canon stuff.) Your roles in the academy AU and what others think of your relationship (for the students, Reader is 16, for everyone else, she's 21). Enjoy!

Tanjiro:

You're in his class and you sometimes help him with homework when he has to help out with his family bakery. Your classmates aren't surprised that you got together and think you're very cute together. Since the two of you are fairly popular, you're both the subject of envy and awe.

Nezuko:

You're her senpai! You help out at her family bakery on the weekends and provide her some company. She really admires you and her family adores you. When your classmates realize that you're dating Tanjiro's little sister, they're shocked ("A middle schooler, (y/n)?!" Zenitsu squawks) and a bit unsure, but if Tanjiro approves, then nobody really says anything.

Zenitsu:

He's had a crush on you from day one. When he found out you were in his class, he could've exploded in happiness. He floundered around you for a while until he got the nerve to confess, and you thought he was sweet so you accepted. None of your classmates can believe he's dating you (except for Tanjiro, but he's Tanjiro). They accept it, though sometimes Zenitsu's PDA can weird them out a little.

Inosuke:

Nobody expected Inosuke, the loud, brash rulebreaker of your class, to date you, the class rep, let alone confess to you after you accidentally broke his nose in PE. Your relationship is cute, but you managed to bewilder all your friends. He's a tsundere for you, though your friends can tell he really cares about you.

Giyuu:

You're the music teacher's assistant, and you caught Giyuu's eye on day one when you handed him a homemade chocolate as an icebreaker. You were kind and passionate about teaching, and he often catches himself listening in on you helping the kids. Some of your colleagues were surprised when he asked you out, but the faculty (and the students, if they realize) are very supportive. Shinobu in particular likes to fluster him in PE by teasing him about his crush.

Kyojuro:

You're the substitute teacher for class 1-B, and you were initially drawn to Kyojuro based off how his students spoke of him. They really revered him, and it made you seek him out for yourself. He was just how they described, so confident and passionate about teaching, that you fell for him hard. You two started dating right before winter break, and everyone ships it. (You've met his family, and you are SMITTEN with Senjuro. You think his father is a bit harsh, but he's polite enough to you, and his mother is very sweet.)

Muichiro:

You're pen pals with him through a program with the middle and high school. You mentor him on the weekends. He took a liking to you and confessed after he noticed you rejecting a love confession. Your classmates are puzzled over your relationship, but they accept it. Muichiro is usually seen holding your hand with a deadpan expression towards everyone else, but when he looks at you he actually emotes.

Shinobu:

She's your senpai! She tutors you in chemistry sometimes. When you confessed, she laughed, teased you, but accepted. The other students are jealous of your relationship, but the majority ship you two anyway. The rumors about her having a crush on the PE teacher stopped circulating shortly after she started dating you.

Gyomei:

He was the first teacher to properly welcome you into the faculty. He's so gentle and kind that you fell for him immediately. It took a while for you to gather the courage to confess, but once you started dating, it took a while for the others to figure out. They wholeheartedly support it (and the few students that do know think you're cute).

Sanemi:

He was pretty rude to you when he first met you, but when he found out that you were the math substitute teacher he was dragged to a faculty mixer to properly get to know each other. He was awkward for a while, but when he noticed you helping Genya with math he realized he liked you. The faculty supports you and the students are surprised if they find out, but nobody says anything about it. He's kinder to you than to his students, something that makes them jealous.

Akaza/Hakuji and Koyuki:

You look up to them. Koyuki is in your class, and you're close to her. You had a huge crush on Hakuji for a while, but when you found out they were dating, you backed off, instead happy to be friends. Hakuji enjoys your company and Koyuki considers you her best friend. Some of your friends joke that you'll end up in a threesome, much to your and her shared embarrassment.

Douma:

How on earth did you start dating a scam artist? Nobody knows, not even you. But the relationship happened, and your students are generally shocked when they find out. He's kind to you though, so you don't have many complaints. Your students frequently plot to 'rescue' you from him.

Kokushibo:

Something of an urban legend around the school. He started showing up in your first year of teaching and hasn't stopped. Nobody knows his real name save for you, but he requests that you call him 'Kokushibo' anyway. Your students have started the rumor that you're dating an actual ghost. Amused, you don't bother to correct them.

Muzan:

You shouldn't be galivanting around with him; you know that, but he lured you in with his charm. Sometimes you get little gifts left on your desk from him, and your students have a blast trying to figure out who's sending their teacher expensive candies and roses. You neither know nor care about what he does for work, and he tries to keep you sheltered from it.

Yoriichi:

He started showing up in town your first year of teaching, seemingly looking for someone. You let him stay at your home for a while while he tried to find a temporary residence, but by the time he found one, you were so close that he just stayed with you. He sometimes shows up before lunch to give you a handmade bento. Your students think he's mysterious and attractive (and have theories spreading around that Tanjiro is his secret love child of some sort).
