Tanjiro:
Even though you've already done everything together, he's shy and blushy as he runs you both a bath. It's like you're nervous teenagers again, so cautious of touching and keeping your distance until one of you accidentally splashes the other, and then the splash war begins.
Before you know it, you're both laughing and curled up together, the warmth of the water relaxing your sore muscles.
Nezuko:
Her body is still a little smaller than yours, even in your twenties, which makes it easy to hold her to your chest as you gently lather her impossibly-long hair. She leans against you in bliss, smiling and resting her hands on your knees as the water soothes you both. You have to be careful that she doesn't fall asleep.
Zenitsu:
He's blushy and shy even after all these years, which is adorable as you invite him to bathe with you. The two of you sit at either end of the bath, Zenitsu just staring at you in awe as you rest against the rim.
After a while of silence, he timidly offers to wash your hair, and your enthusiastic yes breaks him out of the shell a little more until he's massaging the knots out of your back as you lean against the bath.
Inosuke:
You two have bathed together very often, given he usually demands that you wash his back (he claims you have magic hands), so there's no hesitation as you climb in together. He loves it when you lean against him as you two just soak in the heat - pun intended.
Giyuu:
Even though you're married, he's still a little nervous about seeing you naked. So when you both collapse into the bath together, he tries to keep a respectable distance until you get him to come closer and relax. He eventually loosens up and the two of you end up just relaxing and letting the warmth soothe your bodies.
Kyojuro:
You two have taken many baths together over the course of your relationship, so climbing in isn't anything special. The two of you have no qualms about washing each other and chatting about your day.
Muichiro:
He likes to ask you in to the bath because he likes seeing you relax in the water, smile on your face as you sink into the water to your neck. Neither of you are shy anymore, having had many baths together by now.
Shinobu:
Since you're both girls, you've had many, many baths together, as well as hot spring soaks. She loves gently washing your hair and holding you close as she talks about her day. You two end up laughing at something the triplets did, or the latest shenanigans between Aoi and the squad.
Gyomei:
He can't physically see you, but he knows your body well by now. He has some reservations about asking you to bathe with him, but he doesn't hate it in the slightest. Your body is so small compared to his that he likes holding you in his lap as you relax together.
Sanemi:
He's not shy about seeing you naked and will climb into the bath with you if he sees you in there. His favorite thing is getting you flustered at his muscled torso (and it happens often enough that he does it literally every time). He'll be grinning mischievously as he asks you to help him scrub his upper body because "you have the best hands".
Akaza:
He's still a little shy about bathing together, but once you're both in, he relaxes a little. Little things like this make him feel nostalgic and a bit sad for some reason, but it feels nice.
Douma:
He's never bathed with anyone before you, given that he's been the one being bathed. So settling into a tub with you is quite nice. You don't even mind it when his hands wander!
Kokushibo:
He's proper even when you're married, but he's a lot less strict about certain things now. He's more apt to join you than before and doesn't mind it when you work your magic on his back. (Hearing him ask, "Tsuma, please wash my hair" in that soft tone will never not make your heart flutter.)
Muzan:
He doesn't do couple things with you often, but when he does, it feels special. He doesn't mind getting into the bath with you and will sit there with you just letting the hot water soothe your nerves.
Yoriichi:
Even now he's a little shy around you, so when you ask him to join you for a bath he's a little nervous, but a little excited. The two of you end up sitting there, a little nervous to touch each other until one of you inevitably makes the first move.
