Tanjiro:
He keeps it relatively simple: he likes to go on walks with you through the woods. Since the two of you moved back into his old family home (after cleaning it up, of course), it's not only the easiest choice for a place to go but it also brings him a sort of peace.
Nezuko:
She usually enjoys when you stay in, but she also likes going walking with you and stargazing. She used to love looking up at the stars when she was human, and seeing them with you is one of the best parts of her night. (That, and you're incredibly warm compared to her frigid body temperature.)
Zenitsu:
He loves taking you to nice places; if he can take you out for a day on the town, or to a nice teahouse, or hell, even to a festival, he considers it time well spent. (Of course, he's always quick to reassure you that he likes whatever you decide to do. This boy is so head-over-heels for you it's honestly adorable.)
Inosuke:
Given his rough upbringing, he usually likes to sit in a relatively-sunny, scenic spot and just hang out with food. The mountains bring him peace, as he was brought up in the wilderness. It makes him feel more connected to the mother that raised him.
Giyuu:
He's a bit more traditional and reserved, so any date to a nice teahouse or a good night in with dinner and a bit of light reading are his favorite picks. (He's always been a little insecure that he bores you with his choices, and it makes his night if you reassure him that you're having a good time.)
Kyojuro:
Anything that involves a night of fun, he's totally down for. A festival in a nearby village or a stroll through the city: whatever sounds the most exciting, he's asking if you want to join him.
Muichiro:
His version of a fun date is relaxing. Around you he feels like he can totally lower his defenses, so instead of the aloof Muichiro everyone else knows, he shows you a softer side - and usually through dates at home, lounging about and playing music or reading. (He loves when you read to him - if you let him lay his head in your lap and read him some poems, he'll fall asleep.)
Shinobu:
She loves taking a step away from her usual duties and going out to let loose. Usually this means she'll take you to a theater to watch a performance or to a teahouse for a nice meal.
Gyomei:
He doesn't actually have a favorite, but if he had to pick one, he'd say he likes sitting with you near the waterfall he loves so much and talking or admiring the day's beauty. He likes feeling the sun on his back and hearing the sounds of nature - and there has been at least one time where you've pointed out a deer approaching the two of you, and he has fed it from his hand.
Sanemi:
Whatever you do, you're the only one to see his soft side. Typically he likes walking with you through the village and visiting this or that stall, talking between yourselves and enjoying an afternoon without any responsibilities.
Akaza:
He typically whisks you away for a secluded date somewhere - his favorite spot is the cliff near your home, where he has a blanket and bentos set up for the two of you. He often regrets that he can't properly take you out during the day, so he tries hard to make up for that during the night.
Douma:
He doesn't typically have a favorite. He doesn't even know what to do on a 'date' the first few times you get together. His idea of a 'date' is sitting with you and listening to you talk about this or that.
Kokushibo:
He's very traditional. Given his age, the concept of 'dating' is quite foreign to him, so usually he just sits in with you for dinner. He's very awkward with you taking the lead, so be patient with him. The poor man is very out of his depth here.
Muzan:
He doesn't have a lot of time to spare for dating, but when he does, typically the two of you will do something discreet. Walking among the throng in the city, looking at whatever piques your interests, his pretty lady form attracts no suspicions and allows him to relax a little with you... as well as find new targets to turn.
Yoriichi:
The two of you have plain 'dates' together; having dinner or going on a stroll through a village and seeing whatever they have to offer. Really, though, he's just content spending time with you.
