A/N: This is another 'what if you died early' scenario (it could also be a part 2 to the last one) where your partner finally perishes and meets up with you again on the other side. For the demons, obviously they're destined to go to hell. (Of course, featuring Nezuko going to heaven - because it's what she deserves)

Warning: slight manga spoilers. I tried to keep the details vague, but my fellow manga readers will probably pick up on them fast. Prepare the tissues.

Tanjiro:

The sunlight was absolutely blinding. Tanjiro squinted against the sudden warmth that hit his face - and as he blinked, trying to make sense of the wonderful clearing he'd come to, a familiar shout hit his ears.

He turned so rapidly he almost grew dizzy, just in time to see you rushing towards him in a beautiful (f/c) kimono, tears dribbling down your beautiful, ruddy-red face as the group of people behind you smiled fondly.

He let out a cry and caught you as you crashed into him, laughing through his sobs as he hugged you tight.

"I missed you," you were weeping, clutching at him desperately, "I missed you so much...!"

He could not reply, only hold you closer as the two of you lay in the clearing, soft sakura blossoms daintily falling around you while he smiled widely at his parents and siblings, their excited voices guiding them to you both.

Nezuko:

Where was she? Was she dead?

Nezuko could not tell, even as she stared at the beautiful, grassy field that stretched in an endless expanse before her. She looked to her hand, seeing only pale human flesh, not the sharp nails and deathly tint she'd had before.

A familiar humming hit her ears, and her breath caught in her throat - she whirled around to see you walking through an orchard of peaches, smiling serenely as your pretty kimono fluttered behind you.

Once you saw her, your eyes widened in surprise - and then you broke into a bright grin. "You made it!"

This must be heaven, she decided, and she paused to wipe her tears before rushing to you, arms outstretched and a cry on her lips.

"(y/n)," she sobbed as her arms wrapped around your frame, burying her head in your chest. "(y/n)...! It was so lonely without you...!"

"I missed you so much, darling," you whispered to her, shushing her sobs as you knelt with her, petting her head.

Arms wrapped around the two of you, her mother's voice murmuring in her ears as her family began to build around you in a group hug. "Welcome home, Nezuko."

Zenitsu:

One moment, he felt a searing pain through his body and a chill rushing through his bones the likes of which he'd never known before - and in the next, a warmth, a sunbeam on his face, as he reopened his eyes to a world of brightness and vivid grass underneath his palms.

A familiar hum filled his ears as did the feeling of someone's fingers dragging through his hair, and as he twisted to look up, his eyes widened as you smiled in relief down at him, looking just as beautiful as you had when you... died...

"(y/n)?" He asked quietly, and as he took a breath he realized he couldn't feel the blood in his lungs anymore. "Is this... is this heaven...?"

"Yes," you answered, and your free hand found his and squeezed tight. "Welcome home, darling."
