Tanjiro:

He had no idea you had a talent for music! He eagerly asks to hear the song and makes sure you know just how much he loves it. It becomes a sort of routine for him to ask you to play it each night when you're at an inn for the night.

Nezuko:

She likes music, so when you tell her you have a song for her, she eagerly listens as you play it. She claps excitedly and gestures for you to play it again. She loves it when you play her song in the evenings when she can properly listen to it while awake.

Zenitsu:

Oho, you have musical talents? Say less! In a world full of unpleasant sounds, the song you wrote for him soothes him in a way nothing else does - and it makes him fall deeper in love with you.

Inosuke:

He's not used to people writing things for him, so when you tell him you wrote a song, he asks to hear it just because you said it was for him. He ends up liking it more than he thought he would and makes it a daily habit to ask you to play it for him while you're resting by the side of the road for lunch in the afternoon.

Giyuu:

When you play his song, he's genuinely surprised at how much it soothes his nerves. He gets embarrassed to ask you to play for him, but your enthusiasm for your music is beautiful.

Kyojuro:

He greatly enjoys anything you do for him, so when you mention a song, he asks to hear it. He ends up loving it, and if you don't mind he'll want to join in with an instrument of his own.

Muichiro:

The first time he hears you humming an unfamiliar tune, it's when he's dozing off. When you tell him it's a song you wrote for him, he asks you to sing it again. It ends up becoming the song that lulls him to sleep when he's too stressed about hashira duties.

Shinobu:

You're humming a new song while cleaning up around the mansion, and when she asks what it is, she gets incredibly flattered when you tell her that it's hers. It's so catchy she ends up humming it while she's out and about.

Gyomei:

Gyomei has a great respect for the arts, so when he hears you playing a song, he listens in reverence. He's surprised to hear that you wrote it for him, yet he loves it no less and often asks you to play it for him when he's exhausted.

Sanemi:

Despite his brusque nature, when he hears you humming a tune, he stops and listens. He doesn't really know how to react when he learns that it's his song, but it doesn't stop him from listening in every time you sing or play it. He may never tell you, but he's incredibly happy that you wrote something for him.

Akaza:

It starts when you're getting ready for bed, and he happens to hear you humming a tune as you put on your nightwear. Once you're in bed, he asks you what it was you were singing, and he's surprised to hear it's a song you wrote for him. He asks to hear it again, and it soon becomes a routine for you to sing his song when you're alone together.

Douma:

He's used to praises being sung of him, but when you play a song he's never heard before, it feels different when he learns it's something you wrote for him. It doesn't feel the same as songs of praise, and he ends up wanting to hear your music whenever you happen to be around. It has a soothing effect that not a lot of things have on him.

Kokushibo:

He hears you humming a tune one night as you sit in your favorite clearing on your boulder, and when he inquires, he's surprised to hear it's for him. Since that night, every time you meet, he asks to hear you sing his song.

Muzan:

He's not used to hearing people write songs for him, so when you shyly approach and tell him about it, he's mildly intrigued to listen. He finds it entertaining and praises you for a good job well done.

Yoriichi:

There's not a lot of entertaining things to do when you're traveling, so when you start humming a tune one night, he asks to hear it more. He loves the song you made for him; it touches parts of his heart that he hasn't thought of in a long time. (If his flute didn't only consist of a few notes, he would have joined in. He's more content to listen anyway.)
