"Luna."

"Hm?"

"Your hair is in my face."

Luna flipped over on the bed to her other side. Her and Peter were watching a movie in bed. They were still friends then.

Luna was no longer facing the TV, but she didn't mind. She stared ahead at Peter. "Why— you can't see it now." Peter chuckled lightly. His eyes studied her face carefully.

"I don't like this movie anyway." She replied. "You don't— you don't like this movie? You're kidding." Peter raised his eyebrows in shock.

"Well, it's alright, but.."

"Alright." Peter repeated in a whisper, then shook his head. He went to sit up, but only now realized that his arm had been around Luna's waist the entire time. He paused for a moment to see if she noticed, but she didn't seem to care.

"Luna."

"Yeah?" Luna looked towards Peter, but he wasn't there. Nothing was there. She lay on the bed, which began to feel more like hard rock.

"Peter?"

"Luna, come on."

Luna looked to the door at the end of the room. She stood up from the bed, stared at it for a moment. It didn't seem like there was much of anything waiting for her on the other side.

Regardless, she walked towards it. There was something pulling her back. As soon as she left through the door, the air became cold, she felt dirty, bruised, in pain.

It was dark. She opened her eyes. There he was, smiling down at her. She lay on the ground.

Without even a moment to think, Peter kissed her. It had felt like an eternity since they were here, yet almost just as if they blinked. They were relieved.

Peter pulled away only to pull them both up to their feet. He wrapped his arms around her and hugged her tight, worried that if he would let go she would fade away again.

"How long has it been?" Luna questioned through a sigh. She entangled her fingers in his hair while she supported his head.

"I don't know." Peter responded.

"Oh, my god."

Peter and Luna turned to the side. Strange stood in front of them. Luna broke away from Peter and pulled the man into a hug. Confusedly, Strange remained stiff and kept his hands by his side.

"You saved my life, sir. Well, before I died. But— I wanted to thank you, is all." Luna backed up with an innocent smile. Strange kept a straight face, then nodded. "Sure thing, kid."

Luna backed up until Peter ended up pulling her right in front of him. He had his hands clasped together and his arms over Luna's shoulders.

"You just hugged the wizard." He whispered. "And he didn't teleport you to a different universe."

Luna chuckled. Everyone who had awoken gathered by Strange, Peter, and Luna.

"It's been five years." Strange began. "They saved us, now, it's only fair we save them."

"We have to fight. Who's in?" Quill spoke up. He put out his arm. Everyone but Luna set their hand down over his in the center.

While they all stared her down, Luna turned to Peter. "We just— we just woke up— okay, forget it." Luna sighed. She put her hand down. "Peter, if I die again, sorry." She whispered.

"You're not gonna die again." Peter replied.

"God, this is why I will never have kids." Strange said in annoyance.
