"Hey! Hey, Peter!"

The brown-haired boy curiously turned around. He struggled to locate the voice.

"Over here." A girl's voice repeated.

Peter faced back towards the front, and jumped at the sight of his friend. "Jeez, Luna. You don't need to scare the crap out of me." He shook his head along with the embarrassment.

"Relax. You should have been more afraid. Flash almost just ran you over with his car." She responded with wide eyes.

Luna pushed aside her hair, revealing her unique birthmark in the shape of a moon placed right on her cheek.

"Where's Ned?" Asked Peter with a sigh as he began walking inside.

Luna followed beside him. "He's.. somewhere. I don't know." She shrugged.

"Well, I thought you'd know, seeing as you live with him." Peter scoffed.

Luna was Ned's adopted sister. She had been living with the Leeds family for nearly thirteen years.

"I don't follow him around. Besides, he's busy doing loser stuff." She joked, nudging Peter's shoulder.

"By talking to me, you're doing 'loser stuff'." Replied Peter with a stifled laugh.

 "Right, Right." Luna chuckled.

By now, they had reached and stopped at his locker. Luna leant up against the side as Peter gathered his things. As she stared at her good friend, she looked up and noticed Ned, with a grin plastered on his face, making his way towards them.

She prepared herself for something interesting.

"Join me and together, we'll build my new LEGO Death Star." Ned spoke as he held a small lego action figure over Peter's shoulder.

Peter looked back with a shocked expression. "What?!" He whispered in excitement. "No way! That's awesome! How many pieces?"

"Three thousand eight hundred and three." Ned informed confidently. Peter raised his eyebrows, then glanced at Luna. She sent him a short smile before he looked back at Ned. "That's insane!" Peter continued.

"I know! Wanna build it tonight?" Ned asked hopefully.

"No, I can't. I've got the Stark-" Peter began as he shut his locker.

"Mhm. Stark internship." Ned nodded. This was often Peter's excuse. "Always got that internship."

"Yeah, well, hopefully soon it'll lead to a real job with him." Peter stated.

"That would be so sweet." Ned commented.

 "Right?" Peter said in agreement.

"He'd be all, 'Good job on those spreadsheets, Peter. Here's a gold coin." Ned went on. Luna chuckled as she walked beside them.

"He doesn't know how jobs work." Luna pointed out.

"That is exactly how they work." Peter stated.

"Oh." Ned laughed.

As Ned went on about his lego, they stopped walking. Peter stared ahead at a group of girls walking by, specifically Liz Allan, a senior girl. Her hair bounced as she walked past. Peter's obsession was obvious. His staring was no surprise to Luna. "You'll get her, Peter." Luna commented, placing a comforting hand on his shoulder.

"You really think so?" He asked, turning to look at her.

 "Sure." She nodded.

"Aw man, Peter can't play lego with you." Luna changed the subject and frowned back to Ned mockingly.
