You'd think everything would be normal for a while, and it was. Luna and Peter were offered a spot on the Avengers, which they refused, and that was that. Luna had protested to this refusal for a while before finally deciding that maybe she still needed a little more time to be a kid.

A year and a half later, they continued with their friendly neighborhood crime solving. After some time, they began to regret having turned down the Avengers.

"This sounds like a messed up thing to say, but I wish this town had more crime." Luna commented as she ate a gummy bear from the pack lying on Peter's desk.

"Those gummy bears are from last month." Peter commented as he swung down from the ceiling.

"What?" Luna quickly spit out the gummy bear, then coughed.

"I'm only kidding. I bought those yesterday." Peter laughed. Luna playfully rolled her eyes and slowly shook her head. She stared ahead at Peter's open laptop on the table, then continued on with the paper she was writing earlier for her English class.

"I mean, we're older now. They have to take us into the Avengers, right?" Luna said with a mouthful of gummy bears while she typed.

"Yeah, totally. I mean— we're almost graduating." Peter agreed.

"Peter, that's basically two years away." Luna argued. She passed the gummy bears to him, but he held his hand up as a 'no thanks'. "Close enough." Peter sighed.

"Peter, all the blood is gonna rush to your head." Luna pushed the desk chair closer to her boyfriend. They were face to face, though Peter was still upside down. "I don't have blood. I'm a spider." He smirked.

Luna couldn't hold back a smile. She leaned forward and pressed a short kiss to his lips, which felt a little out of the ordinary due to Peter's position. She turned back to her work.

"Not my fault if you die." She mumbled. Peter grinned with a faint blush. He finally jumped down from the ceiling, and stepped up behind Luna.

"When do we have to get to school tomorrow?" He asked. He set his hands down on Luna's shoulders, then lay his chin on top of her head.

"What do you mean? Same time as always." Luna questioned.

"The field trip, remember? To DC." Peter explained.

"Oh, yeah. Right. I forgot we had that. Could you ask May? I don't remember what time." Luna turned back to look at him, leading him to stand up straight.

"I don't feel like going all the way to the living room." Peter shrugged.

"You want to fight crime, but don't want to walk to the living room?" Luna raised her eyebrows in disbelief.

"Fair point." Peter responded, then went out the door. Regardless, Luna followed after him.

"May." Peter spoke up, distracting the woman who sat on the couch, watching TV. "Yeah?" She turned around.

"What time do we have to get to school tomorrow?" Peter asked.

 "Seven-thirty." May replied.

"7:30? Damn it, we have to wake up so early." Peter groaned. He leaned his head forward down onto Luna's shoulder.

Just then, there was a knock at the door. Luna parted from Peter to open the door. As she did, she was greeted by Ned, holding up his middle finger.

"You two have got to stop hanging out without me." Ned stated, then pushed inside past Luna.

"Come in, then." Luna smiled sarcastically. Her eyes followed him until he stood beside Peter. Luna followed them into Peter's bedroom.

"Ned, we're not hanging out without you. We're on a date." Luna explained as she entered.

"That's exactly what hanging out without me is." Ned argued. He grabbed Peter's laptop off the desk, and sat on the bed.

Luna and Peter sat on either side of him curiously. Ned was about to close the open tabs, but Luna slapped his arm away. "Save it first. That's my English paper." She said sternly.

"Jeez, okay." Ned whispered to himself. He saved the document, then opened a new tab. "You two won't believe what I just found." Ned began.

"What'd you find?" Luna and Peter both asked.

"I would tell you, but since we're all hiding things from each other..." Ned trailed off.

"Ned, we weren't hiding anything from you. I told you I was going to see Peter and you said 'Okay'." Luna commented.

"You said it when I was playing Call of Duty! Never expect me to answer properly when I'm playing Call of Duty, we've been over this!" Ned raised his voice.

"What do you mean 'we've been over this?!'"

"I mean, that I've told you this multiple times. Remember when you said you were going to the mall with Mom? I was playing Call of Duty and didn't end up coming! You know how much I love shopping!"

"That was four years ago! Also, what kind of guy loves shopping?!"

"Stop propagating stereotypes!" Ned yelled.

The two continued arguing, until their voices overlapped.

"Hey! Hey! Hey!" Peter attempted to cut in.  They didn't stop. Peter sighed, then took his web shooter. He shot a web at Ned and Luna's heads, then, not too harshly, but harshly enough to keep them quiet, hit them together.

The two silenced and groaned.

"What was that for?" Ned complained.

"Shopping." Luna mumbled to herself in disbelief, then huffed. She crossed her arms.

"Ned, what did you find?" Peter sighed.

Luna placed her palm over the side of her head.

"There's a video game about you two." Ned informed. He typed into the search bar, then demonstrated.

The Adventures of Spider-Man and Lunar Eclipse

Ned had found out about Luna's alter ego not long after homecoming night. He was shocked, to say the least. Mostly, he was ecstatic.

"Aw, man. Why does Peter get to be the first mentioned?" Luna whined.

"Cause I'm better." Peter joked.

"You wish." Luna replied.

"And, how it works is.. you get to play as either one of you and fight imaginary bad guys. You pick either Lunar, or Spider-Man to fight as." Ned explained.

"Most people probably pick me, right?" Luna raised her eyebrows.

"Uh, no.. the majority of people playing this are thirteen year old boys, so.. I bet you can imagine how that turned out." Ned shook his head.

"Their loss. I have the cooler powers." Luna chuckled.

"You really aren't any nicer than you were before we started dating." Peter remarked as he looked to Luna across Ned.

"I love you, too, Penis." Luna smiled.
