Skye's POV

"Remind me why I'm agreeing to this?" I sigh as Brooke tears through my wardrobe. My clothes are flying all over the room.

"Because we need a break and your brother just so happens to own the coolest hotels ever. It has a pool, theatre, multiple restaurant and you owe me a double date" she says in a cheerful yet firm voice, I know she isn't going to budge.

"Okay, okay. You have a point. Can you stop destroying my room now?"

She bends down picking something out of my bottom draw, a mischievous grin overtakes her smile "Only if you wear this" In her hands she holds a blue bikini I forgot I even owned. I roll my eyes and snatch it away from her, the things I do to keep her quiet.

"What are the chances you turn the car around and we escape my lunatic best friend?" I sweetly ask Grayson and he's driving.

He takes his attention of the road and onto me. "It'll be fun" I roll my eyes and look out the window, I feel him place his hand on my thigh "And as far as I remember you own the penthouse of the hotel" his voice was husky, it made my body shudder. His master plan made me giggle, it caused him to smirk. The feeling of freedom burst through me as we drove down the empty roads.

Disappointment kicked in when Grayson's hand left my leg, his thumb stroking up and down relaxed me so much I nearly feel asleep.

Brooke's car screech next to ours halting to a sudden stop, the noise was enough to make anyone cringe. Josie is definitely not used to Brooke's driving yet since she looks half scared to death, that's something nobody can adapt to. She stepped out the car stunned by the hotel in front of us.

"Your brother owns this?" she asks in amazement.

I'm used to hiding things from people but it's a lot harder when it's someone Brooke cares for, Josie is important to her which means she's important to all of us. In the long run she'll appreciate it. For now, she'll assume my brother is in good fortune purely from his business.

I nod reaching for Grayson's hand to go into the hotel. The door man opens the grand glass door for us, I smile at him and say a small thank you.

"Miss Red. Welcome" Oliver says on the front desk. He's been here since the beginning so he's known me for a fair amount of time.

The hotel is busy as ever, full of high class guests who for some reason decided to visit this area. Luckily for us we have an all access pass. There's places here nobody knows about except us. Including the private pool.

The changing rooms were huge considering it's rarely used but it gave me space to save myself from Brooke and Josie staring at each other while they get changed. I walk out before I see too much, Brooke is allergic to boundaries as you can imagine. That is why I had my bikini already on underneath my clothes.

Grayson's head bobbed back up when I walked out, he'd jumped in waiting for us. He smiles when he sees me, I drop the robe as he slicked his hair back. His eyes went wider than ever before. He looks my body up and down, his reaction made me more confidence than self-conscious.

I raise my eyebrows and cross my arms which brought him back to reality, I smirk knowing I caused him a slight malfunction. I walk closer to the pool, he fights against the water getting to the side. He offers his hands helping me in but I jump in hitting the water in the middle of the pool.

The sudden temperature change felt nice, it was way warmer. I return to the surface and hear the deep chuckle that always gives me butterflies. Grayson's hands pull my waist closer to him.
