Skye's POV
Just like I told Axel I organised a meeting. So far, they have been steps ahead of us but, what they don't know it we're coming for them. The benefit of knowing who they are and their involvement plays in our favour more than I could have wished.
I slam my palms on the desk sparking the attention of those present "Here's the deal Tyler" he shifted turning to focus on me "You're going to give me relevant information for example, a location. Be careful, if you plays games you can crawl back into the hole you came from"
His neutral face was nothing new, he's seen me do this multiple time but never to him. His body language exposed what his face didn't, he was on edge and borderline awkward.
"I understand you're familiar with Marco again" a shot in the dark would be his snake of a Father was feeding him information.
"Get to the point Mace" Axel weighed in. Patience isn't passed down in my family clearly.
He bits down on his jaw obviously frustrated with Axel. Luckily, he didn't see since his attention never left me, he was fixed.
"They torched Marco's unit" the simple facts are even getting on my nerves "There was an empty warehouse only across from Marco's. Arthur bought it anonymously making things almost impossible to screw up"
I find it interesting how he calls him Arthur rather than Father. They had a some-what good relationship but a lot can change.
I sigh "I underestimated his cunning intellectual ability"
"Since then Marco sold the other units, I assume to protect his 'extra' stock" I expected Marco to be smarter than this.
My eyes shift to each of the men in the room, it was clearly my decision. I lean forward creating some tension "It's time to decide. Which side are you on?"
He smirks displaying his confidence returning "I'm here, aren't I?" I don't move an inch, he realises that isn't the answer I require "Yours Skye, yours"
I maintain intense eye contact with his hazel eyes that used to be piercing under the right lighting, I had forgotten that.
"Pull the cars around." I stride out from behind the desk making me the first to leave.

"If it isn't the answer to all my prayers" Baxter grins greeting me as I step foot into the club. It was nice having a positive person around considering I've had only problems coming my way.
"You'll be glad to know you're not the bane of my existence today" he raises his eyebrows and puts his hand on his heart, he's so dramatic but, I'm not mad at it.
The club is quieter than normal. I'm sure it's bliss for Baxter but it leaves me with questions "Boss man around?"
He swings his towel over his shoulder and leans on the bar "He's taking a business trip" his use of air quotations suggested he was in fact participating in his dirtier work.
"He took security before you ask" I guess that's one less potential problem. Although, I'm not completely sure Lorenzo would want to hurt Marco, they were pretty close but who really knows what happens behind closed doors.
"Oh look, the cavalry have arrived. How is my messed up second family?" his grin welcomes the men of my family.
His face soon changes when he spots the anomaly in the group. The rage was visible and near on deadly, I should have warned him. I throw my arm across the bar opening blocking his exit, I know exactly what he wanted to do.
