'Fries In The Morning?'

Part 2/7 of The Witches Forest

It's the next day and we're in the car, Colby driving with Sam in the front and me and Jake in the back. I sit eating some dry cereal. Sam gets out the camera and points it to all of us
"We're on the road boys and girl" he yells to chirpy for my liking in the morning. Jake and I look at each other and groan
"It says we should be there in an hour and a half" Colby says as we sit in traffic
"I feel like a piece of my heart is missing without Corey being here" Jake sighs
"To be fair it does feel weird. Like I dunno, I feel weird not being squashed in the back" I say as Sam points the camera to me
"Yeah I'm in a weird mood right now" Colby shakes his head
"I text him this morning and he didn't even respond" Sam says
"I guess it's just us then. The Kansas peeps" I say
"We will keep Corey in our hearts" Jake say putting his hand to his heart
"Amor can we get McDonald's?"
"You just ate?" Colby questions me
"Well I'm still hungry and I want a muffin. Pleeease" I pout
"Fine. Only because I kinda want it as well"
"Yay" I clap in the back as Sam and laughs.

Not long after we get a maccies Jake falls asleep and my phone begins to ring
"Guys it's Corey" I say leaning forward. Sam picks up his camera and I pass my phone to him
"I've been thinking. If you guys can promise me no seance bullshit or spells then I'll come"
"I'm gonna turn around right now and pick you up"
"Just because it's the squad I'll do it"
"Yeahhhhh" we all yell excited. Sam ends the call and hands me my phone back
"I feel so much better now. Like my mood has just been lifted" I say
"Honestly same"Colby says turning the car around.

We arrive at Corey's place, picking him up. I move into the middle
"Welcome back brother" Jake says over me
"Want any of my fries?" I ask holding them up to him. He looks at Colby confused
"Fries in the morning?"
"Dude that's what she wanted" Colby shrugs. I take a big sip of my drink
"Dude your gonna need the toilet if you keep drinking" Corey says
"Naaa I'll be fine. Although I did think about the toilet situation. I'm gonna have to pee in the forest. Like I'll have to squat but like when I squat I can't aim like you guys so it will go on my clothes so I'm literally gonna have to strip to pee"
"Dude" Corey laughs.

We carry on driving for an hour
"Amor?"
"Yeah?"
"I need the toilet"
"I told you you would" Corey yells laughing
"It's fine I need to go as well. I think there's a Burger King up here" Colby says. When we arrive I run out the car
"Get me some fries" I yell as I run to go to the toilet. When I walk out I see Sam, Jake, Corey and Colby sat at a table
"Better?" Colby asks
"Yep" Sam gets out the camera and points it to Colby and I who are now cuddling in the corner of the booth
"So I've been texting the wiccan that Jennifer is friends with so hopefully we don't die"
"Don't even joke about that"
"She wants us to go to her house" I start to eat my fries while Corey nervously laughs
"She was like yeah swing by I'll show you my terot cards"
"She knows you've got a fiancé right?" I look look at Colby who rolls his eyes
"No hasn't really come up but I'm sure she will see that ring"
"Ughhh I didn't bring a box to put the ring in. I don't wanna loose it"
"I have a necklace on you can put it on that when we sleep" Jake says
"Yeah no I don't trust you"
"Hey I'm responsible. Anyway can we play in the play place before we leave?"
"Yeah let's fucking go"
"Mi novio y mis amigos son niños" (my fiancé and friends are children) I say as they run into the play place. The boys mess around before sam asks if we need to go get green
"Naaa I've got green on" I say
"I'm protected again" Colby says while I shake my head walking out of burger king
"I've got green as well brothers" Jake says running to Colby's car
"You do?" I question
"Yeah" Colby opens the car and Jake pulls out a shrek toy
"Let's go and see if there is anything for Sam and Corey then"
"And you" I point out
"No because I can just carry you around"
"Not sure it works like that amor" I pat Colby arms skip off towards the store.
We find some socks for the boys then head over to see the witch and manage to get caught in thick fog in the mountains.
